REMODELED, immaculately designed, BEACHFRONT condo with gorgeous water views

We really enjoyed the amenities here. The pool and jacuzzi were really well taken care of and very enjoyable. The beach was always clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The condo was gorgeous, and included many extras, which helped to reduce the amount of stuff we had to bring. Gorgeous views from the balcony and within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from John’s Pass. Uber can be taken to Clearwater or St. Petersburg. This is an excellent place to stay and we would rent this exact unit again.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, closet with chairs/umbrella/cooler/flashlights was super handy… nothing but great things to say about this place!

Immaculate beachfront condo. Easy check in. Host was very responsive. Beach is perfect and not crowded. Very family friendly. Pool/hot tub area and the rest of grounds super well kept. Easy walk to John’s Pass thru alley. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Condo was great, would stay here again!

Great location, great condo. The weather didn’t participate but not the owners fault! We had hoped to check in a little early as it was a short trip. Initially we thought it was an option but then it wasn’t and we were stuck with groceries hours before we could enter the rental. Probably our fault for latching on to the idea but a challenging way to start the trip.

Host very welcoming! Condo was VERY clean and comfortable. And of course the view was spectacular! Parking was super!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s, many in this area. This was one of the best. It had extra soft couch snuggle blankets (thank goodness cause it was cold when we went!) , clothes baskets, shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra bathroom stuff, two coffee makers, decently stocked kitchen, and they don’t clear out everything from the previous renters which is nice!! (Like they didn’t throw salt/pepper/paper products etc so we didn’t have to buy everything…). Some VRBO’s are SO bare but this wasn’t. It was super homey! Great patio view, love the high top patio table so you can actually see over the railing, smaller, quiet building and nice hot tub!!!! It’s nice super fancy and high scale but this is exactly what I want when going to the beach!! (Primary bed was SO comfy too!!! Not so much the twin beds but oh well). We would stay again!!

This place was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of five, including three teens. It was much more spacious than we expected, very clean, and—aside from the pull-out couch—the beds were extremely comfortable. Laundry facilities were conveniently located just outside the condo on the same floor for a small fee. The location couldn’t be better: right by the beach with great shell collecting, plenty of walking, and close enough to walk to John’s Pass. We enjoyed meals at DeLosa’s Pizza and Caddy’s, and playing putt-putt at Smugglers Cove was a highlight—one of the best courses we’ve played in a long time, though it would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. If I had to offer one critique, the living area and deck only had seating for four rather than five or six. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Fantastic responsive host, wonderful view, older but well-decorated/remodeled quiet condo unit that had everything we needed. Appreciated the laundry pods and washing machines right across the hall. Beach was quiet with tons of shells and even shark teeth for the kids to find. Pool and hot tub were relaxing and not crowded while we were there.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Clean. Balcony view of the sunsets. Very close to shopping at St John’s Pass. Appreciated the carts to help with the baggage. Would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at our women's weekend!. The unit was clean and very well stocked. I was not informed that there is a two car limit for parking. We had a few guests on a Sunday afternoon. Parking warnings with towing threats were placed on their cars. There were many parking spots available in the parking lot and under the building. I understand there are rules, but I should have been notified in advance.

Amazing property with a great balcony and access to a beach. Property comes with everything you need for a stay at the beach including beach chairs, towels, etc. It is also a quick walk to the bars and restaurants at John’s Pass. Would stay again!

Had a great time in this awesome property! Right on the beach and the views were AMAZING! The umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice to have available. The unit is clean and nicely remodeled. We’re were close to everything but was quiet and mellow at the same time. Wonderful!!

The location of the condo was perfect. Steps to the beach and about 4 blocks from John's Pass shopping and dining.The condo was stocked with the necessary items in the kitchen as well as for the beach and the beds were very comfortable. Jeffrey responded to the few questions I had very quickly.

Apartment was great. Clean. Had almost everything we needed in it. Only wish was that laundry was in room but it was on same floor just outside of the room so convenient.

Book this property NOW! We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Madeira Beach! The unit was spotless and very well-kept, which made it feel immediately comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and kept the condo cool, even during the heat of the day. The view from the unit was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just down the road at John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Madeira Beach! BTW… you have to visit American Legion Post 273 while you’re there!

Everything was perfect. The location is close to everything and you’re right on the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend.

It was wonderful place to stay. Had everything we needed. Only one problem that was all the codes. Sometimes they worked other times we had to try several times. I thought u might want to know that the door security pad and handle are loose. They may want to look at that also i think it needs darker blinds in the front bedroom. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

This location was amazing. Everything you needed for the beach was provided, and it's so close it's super convenient to just pop back upstairs. I highly recommend this location and we'll be looking to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unit and place. Such easy access to everything and the sites and views were awesome! Watching dolphins every morning was one of our favorites from our balcony. Jeffrey is super easy to communicate with and very accomodating. The unit had so many extras that we didn't end up spending extra money on! Can't say enough and will definitely be back.

We had the perfect stay here. Right on the beach and everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the waves each night was the perfect wind down each night. Beds were very comfy. We would definitely go back when staying in the area again. Any questions we had were all answered quickly.

We live in the Midwest and every spring break we look forward to warm weather, sunshine, and family time on the Gulf Coast. This was our first time at Jeffrey’s rental in Madeira Beach. We found it very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the unit for our family of four. We were especially grateful for the really nice beach chairs, umbrella, and other equipment that was available for us. Access to the beach was convenient as well. This was a great opportunity for us to spend time with our kids and we’d be glad to stay at the Sea Breeze again. All in all it was a fantastic vacation. Thank you Jeffrey!

Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

We had planned to stay with friends on Sanibel for three nights but due to their illness we needed a last minute location for three nights. This area was of course still recovering from storm damage but Jeffrey (after some initial glitches which were not his fault) proved to be a very accommodating and available host.

We visited for the first time only for a short stay. Found this condo at the last minute. Excellent location. Right on the beach. The condo experience was a easy check in process. Condo was spotless. The owner has beach chairs, kids bucket and toys for the beach along with several other amenities for your stay. I would highly recommend and we will be back Perfect location

Condo interior and balcony views are very nice and well equipped for 4 adults. The building surrounds have been damaged substantially by the November 2024 hurricanes. The area is clearly still recovering and the amenities (e.g. pool, hot tub and patio sun lounger areas are still badly damaged and in need of significant work to re establish.

The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean. Conveniently located with access to good restaurants. Boardwalk Cafe had amazing Grouper bites, lobster roll, and shrimp po-boy.

We stayed for a long weekend before heading to Kissimmee for the Mecum Auction. The condo has easy parking but no assigned spaces. We stayed off season so parking was easy and plentiful. The listing didn't state that none of the amenities were available due to the last hurricane. We were notified by the owner after booking. It was chilly out so no pool or hot tub wasn't a huge issue for us, but stating it in the listing would be nice when the cost is over 1,300 for 3 nights. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. Some pots/pans could be replaced. The teflon was gouged pretty bad so we ate out most meals. Place was pretty clean and welcoming. I would recommend to others and would stay again.

As advertised, this beautifully renovated beachfront two-bedroom apartment had ample space, chic and fresh furnishings, and an unbeatable million-dollar sunset view. It perfectly captures the charm of Madeira Beach, balancing comfort with convenience. The owner, Jeff, is incredibly thoughtful, providing nearly everything you need for a seamless stay-(aside from food). While the washers and dryers are convenient, at this price point, I did expect them to be included, along with laundry detergent. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of some great restaurants (Cantina and Lisa’s being my personal favorites). Even though I had a car, it was nice to not need it. Minor downsides: There are quite a few access codes required for the elevator, pool, and beach, which can be a bit cumbersome. Some lighting on the code boxes would be a welcome improvement. A touch of extra greenery and palms around the pool would add a bit more freshness and ambiance to the new lighting, which I was informed the Board had recently invested in. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere—mostly adults and regulars—without a constant party scene at the pool (though this was off-season). The overall condo is very well-maintained. While the hot tub was down one evening, the maintenance team’s daily cleaning of the pool, hot tub, and walkways was impressive. As a former local familiar with the area, this place stole my heart, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

We have stayed at the Sea Breeze, every year for the past 10 years. Although we always stay in different units, I have to say this unit was in the top 2. Location of the condo was excellent and the few questions I had for the owner, were answered within 2-3 hours by email.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Seabreeze condo. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, the owner was easy to get ahold of. This was my very 1st VRBO booking so I was nervous and he made everything very easy! Everything was with in walking distance and it was truly the perfect family vacation!
