Notice: Please be aware of upcoming repair projects that may affect your stay between December 17, 2025, and September 30, 2026:

Canal Repair Project (Dec 17, 2025 – Mid-Sept 2026): Work runs Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no holiday work expected). Expect construction noise and limited parking along the canal.

Phase 1 Seawall Repair Project (Aug 10 – Sept 30, 2026): Expect noise, heavy equipment, and intermittent canal bridge closures Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Ocean-side rock work may occur from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM depending on tide conditions

Property Notice: Traffic coating work is scheduled for the ground floor of Building A from January 11–21, 2027, with no work on weekends. During the work hours of 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, the ground-floor walkway and front entry/elevator access will be temporarily closed, and ground-floor guests will need to use the lanai entrance for access.
