Stayed Oct 17, 2025Toilets were dirty. Sinks and showers had soap scum built up. Bed spreads are worn. Couch is worn and stained. Had to kill cockroaches and found rotten grapes on the floor under curtains in master bedroom.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025The condo we rented from a friend for the first time. It was a beautiful place that felt like home to us. I loved the gated community, the staff was very friendly, the condo had just what we needed for a week stay. The pool was close by, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here if it’s a couple or a family. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Davis family for opening your beach condo for our family.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We really enjoyed our weekend trip here! The price was super reasonable for the apartment. The complex is quiet and has plenty of amenities to enjoy. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the location of the condo - in close proximity to everything we needed and wanted. The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival and had items that we needed and used. Beautifully decorated - even had a small Christmas tree in the living area! Would recommend to anyone looking to book a trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice place to stay. But...We were vendors for the NC Seafood Festival in Morehead City for the weekend. We had arrived with our truck and enclosed trailer. When we arrived at the rental property there were several signs stating NO TRAILERS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. No where in the rental property description or rental packet did it say that trailers were not allowed onsite. I was warned by another resident that it would be towed if left overnight....They need to have any vehicle/trailer/boat restrictions up front in the property description!! I had to take pay to have our trailer stored in a lot while in town , very inconvenient.
