Remodeled Beachfront Penthouse with Ocean Views for Miles! Community Pool & Beach Access!

We love this penthouse oh so much! This is our second time there and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back. Our favorites thing is the views and the short walk to the amazing sandy beach!

Gorgeous views of both the Gulf and the Bay, all at the same time, from the very spacious living area with multiple balconies. Check-in and check-out were easy, and minor technical issues resolved quickly and efficiently. The unit was very clean and spacious, great for extended families or large groups. Our only critique was that in the bedrooms, while there was plenty of hanging space for clothes, there was a notable absence of drawer space.

I went with 20 people. More than enough room for everyone. Stunning property and very clean. Exterior of building was a little run down but once you’re in the penthouse, it’s like a dream. 10/10

Our penthouse was clean and comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed quiet sleep and beautiful views and beach access. The pool was clean and comfortable and the whole property was kept clean and well maintained. The penthouse itself has been remodeled and is modern and bright.

I can't begin to tell you what a beautiful place this is. It has a panoramic view of the Gulf and the bay. We had 7 women from Nebraska and no one complained about anything. You have so much room you can get lost in the penthouse, which you wanted to do with 7 women. We all loved it and want to come back next year. Thanks for the memories.

We lived this property for a family reunion. Beautiful view with easy access to the beach. Enough room for all of us to be together and yet we each had our bedroom and bathroom. We happened to hit good weather and it was fantastic!

We stayed for three nights for our yearly family vacation that we take during the New Year holiday season. We have a large family with kiddos ranging in ages from 25 down to 8 years old and we often run into the problem of finding a VRBO that doesn't feel like we are packed in on top of each other. This unit was so inviting, clean, spatious and perfect for our family of 9. Each of our kids had their own bed and sleeping area - the kids room with multiple bunks, bean bags and the theater room were a huge hit - not to mention the space for everyone to be able to be in the kitchen together and have a comfortable place to sit. The location is perfectly situated within walking distance to many fun attractions, shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the gate not opening but the property management company was quick to address and fix the issue. The grounds were being worked on but the workers were very kind and courteous! My younger kids absolutely LOVED the pool area and were thrilled to see the snails and small lizards. I would highly recommend this unit for larger families or groups.

It was fantastic! Close to the beach. Clean, neat, organized. The rental was fabulous. Definitely cant wait to go here again.

The unit was spacious, the view was spectacular! A few gripes I have is the stained furniture and hair on the floor throughout the unit. If I'm getting charged for a cleaning service, and so did the previous renters, I should have walked into a clean floor.

The property was as advertised, and the views and balconies were great. The pool and grounds were nice, and the beach access was easy. The layout was great, with bedrooms separated from the living areas, and very comfortable all around for our group. Kitchen was well equipped.

The place was amazing. We had multiple families stay and it did not feel crowded. The house was exactly as described and great access to the beach! Perfect vacation spot for our family! Everything was clean with plenty of extra bedding and pillows. Communication with host was quick and easy, We would definitely stay here again. :)

Excellent location. Perfect fit for 4 families. Gorgeous views. We were able to check in little early and check out timing was flexible if you request. Induction stove top was little tricky to use at least for us (we had to call maintenance to find out how it works) and we couldn't get dishwasher to work properly because of the fit. I would recommend putting some hand soap in kitchen , air purifiers in bathrooms. Dinnerware could be upgraded to ceramic instead of plastic. For a condo this big, kitchen needs a bigger trash bin.

Pretty cool place to stay! Easy access to beach. Balcony has great views. Relatively quiet place, not a lot of people going in and out of the penthouse floor. Would stay again!

We have stayed in this condo for a week n October for the past 4 years the view is incredible. It has big rooms and spacious living areas. The condo has easy access to beach and everyone on property is kind and helpful

The accommodations were beyond wonderful! This has one of the best floor plans for a large group of people. There are plenty of places to sleep and lots of showers and bathrooms. The huge front living area and kitchen allow for groups to visit and be together but have areas for separate things to occur at same time. One of the highlights is standing in the main living area and being able to see the bay and the beach at the same time!

This property was excellent. While the building is older, it has been redone and they’ve included so many comforts. Beautiful kitchen with huge island/bar with a hidden playroom underneath. Spacious, relaxing living area with lots of bathrooms and great views. The only downside to this property is the low water pressure.

The penthouse was amazing. It was very clean spacious and came with all amenities needed. It accommodated my big family well as well as provided us with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! Beautiful penthouse condo on the 10th floor with room for everyone! Two large living areas, theater room with projector, beautiful gulf views, large well stocked kitchen with island, plenty of beds and 6 bathrooms! We had 3 couples in our party and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! They do provide you with small travel side soaps and toiletries, we brought extra paper towels and toilet paper. If you plan to eat at the condo you will need to supply your own spices, etc but we knew that before we came. We did have one very minor maintenance request while there and they were quick to respond and repair! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
