Remodeled 3 bdrm home away from home!

Excellent location with an amazing view!

This was our first time on this island. The water, waves, views, food and easy access to everything we needed was awesome!!!! We were looking for a close view and sound of the waves from the condo and balcony. This condo provided that for us and more! Love that this is the last complex on the south end and the beach - due to location and time of year I assume - wasn’t crowded. The complex staff was pleasant and helpful - particularly Robert the guard who checked us in and gave great advice on yummy places to eat. There were a series of access combinations we had to remember, but that added to the safety we felt onsite. Comfortable beds are always a must for me and this unit did not disappoint! We loved the conveniences of home in the well stocked kitchen and multiple TVs when we wanted to be out of the heat. Got to see a SpaceX launch which was really cool! Owners were very prompt in answering all of our questions and would definitely choose this unit again. Thank you to VRBO for consistently providing us with great places to stay and great owners to work with!!!

Good space, easy check in, perfect location. The issue was clutter and cleanliness.

The property was well maintained and clean! It provided a much needed annual get away for our family. The owner was particularly delightful to deal with and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely return in the future and are very thankful for the fantastic condo experience we had!

We had 6 people with my family of 4 and my parents and it was very spacious. Rooms were big with enough space to be very comfortable. The grounds were safe and immaculate

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. Was hoping for something really nice and accomodating. It exceeded everyting we were hoping for. We normally visit Florida or Alabama beaches even though we live in Houston. This will be our new spot and can't wait to bring family and friends with us. Thank you for everything.

The rental is cute and cozy for our family of 5. Awesome views of the beach and ocean from the condo. Beach is very close and easy to access. Bring extra paper towels/toilet paper, laundry detergent etc if staying several days with larger group. Host responded quickly to emails.

The property was well kept an easy to navigate easy access to the beach and the city.

Plenty of room to comfortably accommodate two families consisting of four adults and four kids. Location is fantastic. The ocean view from the condo is amazing. And the building is as close to the beach as you could possibly get. The pool is also very convenient to get to when you’re ready to switch it up. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs provided as well. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and soap and shampoo, as those are not provided. Only a limited amount of trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent are provided. So if you’re staying for a few days, you’ll want to bring some of your own as well. Overall and excellent place to stay. We’d happily book again for future trips to SPI.

Fantastic easy access to beautiful beach.

Stayed here with 3 generations of family and had plenty of space to be comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean! Great communication with property owner and building management.

This was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. If we come back to Padre we would defray here again.

Excellent location, easy walk down to the pool or sandy beach. Closest building to the southern point of the island where you can take a stroll down the beach to see turtles and fish. Beach equipment provided (minus towels). Short drive to the main drag for food and shopping.

Terry is an amazing host with great communication. The condo is setup well with everything needed. Sea Vista is the best location wise. It’s close to but separate from all the other condos so it is relaxing. The complex is quiet and offers great amenities. Terry, thank you for sharing your home with us, made for another great family vacation!

Cleanly and great view. Would’ve been helpful to know that laundry and other cleaning were not available as well as bathroom toiletries. Otherwise no other negatives.

Nice updated condo and the owner was so kind. All I ask is can you purchase a basic coffee pot? LOL. Excellent view and comfy beds!

The stay was amazing. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean through the huge windows in the living room that also continued to the master bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems or concerns. Thank you so much for opening up your home!

Such a nice, comfortable place to stay, in a great location! Short walk to the beach and next to the large water park that we really enjoyed. Great restaurants are just a short drive. The owner, Terry, responds quickly and went out of her way to accommodate a request that we had. SPI never disappoints!!!

The place was great with a very well stocked kitchen and extras throughout, like beach chairs, cooking spices, and soap and shampoo. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

We have a great vacation there at sea vista, a great unit excellent Ocean view we been same unit twice for vacation and we enjoyed the place. The employees are always very nice, pool is always clean. We will be there again next year.
