Remodeled 2020 Gulf front Private condo

Beautiful location. Directly on the beach. Most restaurants we like did require driving.

Returning customer. That says a lot! Always expect cleanliness throughout. Towels are very white and enough for numerous days’ stay. The view! Beach chairs & umbrella easily accessible to rent directly in front of beach. We love the 3rd floor (highest) not only for the views but no one is above us. This place has become a yearly retreat. We just love it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views were breathtaking and the ease of access to the beach was a huge perk! The condo was clean and decorated so cute! We did run into a few small hiccups with some construction being conducted at the condo but Donna provided excellent communication every step of the way. The construction crew was also great in accommodating us.

Everything was amazing! The view was breathtaking. Our family travels to the Seagrove area at least twice a year. This has by far been our favorite place to stay! We will be staying here again in the future. I’m sad to leave!

Seriously a wonderful place. Donna was very timely and helpful when needed for questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Thank you Donna for opening up your home to us! Having coffee on the deck with the view every morning isn’t a memory to be forgotten.

We’ve stayed at the property multiple times over the years and you just can’t beat the location. We enjoy walking to the local establishment and dining options. The new decking looks great and Donna always has detailed instructions for her guest.

“My son and i truly loved watching the sunrise and sunset—they were some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Seeing a dolphin swim by was such a sweet surprise, and on our last day, we even caught a glimpse of stingrays near the shore.”

When we arrived first thing we noticed is how clean condo was. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you would ever need. Deck had incredible view of ocean. Washer and dryer was not in condo but at bottom of stairs. They were very handy and available most of the time. Tips - if you stay more than a couple days bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. If it is very important for you to have a front row spot on the beach, you will need to set your umbrella up between five and 5:30 am. 30A Shades start setting up about 5:00am and have most of the front row of the beach covered by 6:20 am. Of course you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs from them for 50 a day. We spent most of our time in the water, so this was not important to us. 30A even offered one day to drill our hole for our umbrella in the sand very nice guys. We enjoy the condo and definitely stay in the future when we are in the area.

Property was perfect! We only stayed 3 days, had we had stayed longer we would have really needed a washer/dryer. There was technically one on the property (it was under the stairs and very old tho), probably wasn’t worth using! That was the only down side everything else was perfect!

Our go-to place on 30A. Cannot be beat. Love this spot. Quiet, comfy and clean.

It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The view was a gift from sunrise until sundown. Donna was accessible and pleasant. The location was perfect for all that we gad planned. We enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet area. Hope to return to this property.

We really enjoyed the view and location of this condo. It was so nice to have the beach available right in front of the condo as the beach access areas get very crowded. Seaside and restaurants are close. I definitely recommend this unit it is small but is a great use of space with a beautiful view. The vaulted ceilings help it feel bigger.

Great place to stay and convenient to food. We loved staying here. My only suggestion is less stuff in hallway.

The condo was really nice with a deck overlooking the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in responding to my questions. The location was on a quiet street off of 30A with proximity to Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches and restaurants. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Very nice place to relax and recharge.

This condo was one of the better ones that we have stayed in! Everything was clean and in good condition. It's in a great location between Seaside and Rosemary - just a short drive to either. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We would stay here again!

Had a restful week in September with family. Eastern Lake breached into the gulf, which caused the water to be brown for a couple of days. But the water and weather were amazing the remainder of the week. The location was great! Easy to get to good restaurants.

I’ve stayed on 30A many times and this condo offered the shortest walk to the beach ever. It’s literally steps away. The condo had everything we needed and check in was easy. We are planning to book again next year.

This location was the prefect place for me to propose to my future bride. The condo is right on the beach with very easy access. The sunset made the perfect backdrop for me to pop the question and create beautiful photos that will preserve our memories forever.

My wife and I came came for or annual 30A Beach Trip. We chose to book after reading the positive reviews. We were very happy with this beautiful on the beach condo. Clean, Bright, spacious. Great water pressure. Master bed solid and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. 2 big tvs. We look forward to staying again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is incredible - beachfront on a quiet secluded street. The beach access was so easy and the balcony view was stunning. Parking was very easy, we always had a spot. Laundry is on the first floor but I didn’t have any issues with the machines (and I was thankful to be able to wash clothes). We didn’t have any issues during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation on the beach.

We had a great time. The location is great, could not be closer to the beach. The only thing I would have liked different is if there was some beach towels, beach bag, coffee pods stocked in the house. We enjoyed it though.

My family really enjoyed having a close walk to the beach and being able to eat breakfast looking at the beach.
