Relaxing Roost—lakefront condo located just steps away from the water’s edge!

Cute little place right on the water. It's nice that there are no minimum days to rent so perfect for a one-night stay. Communication with the host was easy when a question came up. I don't think it is noted on the listing, but this apartment is downstairs.

Loved being on Lake Hamilton. The road was a little busy but otherwise the location was perfect. The condo was clean and the perfect space for me and my husband.

We stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s getaway in Hot Springs and overall had a great experience. The place was very clean when we arrived, it smelled clean, the sheets were soft and fresh, and the blinds were open with a welcoming view of the lake. That first impression really set the tone.Everything matched the listing exactly. No surprises, no misleading photos. The bed was a little firm, but honestly about what you’d expect from a typical hotel mattress. We appreciated being able to control our own temperature, and the door code was sent several hours before check-in, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The host also provided clear communication options if needed, though we didn’t have to reach out during our stay.The location is beautiful, right on the edge of the water, and it was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for.Two small areas for improvement: the living room curtains are somewhat see-through from the outside, which reduces privacy at night, and the shower water pressure was pretty weak.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. And would recommend to friends and family.

The unit was fully equipped and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Host was great.

The house was beautiful ! Loved the location and we slept very good! The only thing about the location that was inconvenient was we didn’t have a designated parking spot for our place and we did see some ants in the kitchen coming from the floor by the trashcan

Second time staying here and works perfect for us! Love the view, the access to get around and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has the necessities but we usually go out for coffee and eating in the area. There are some stairs, but nothing too challenging. The lake is always very quiet and lovely during sunset.

Condo was very nice & clean. We enjoyed being on the water. The only down side was the grill which was electric. We had brought charcoal to grill steaks for our anniversary so was disappointed when we found out no gas or charcoal grills were allowed due to HOA. It just stated barbecue grill in ameniteies

Extremely clean. Every surface had been cleaned and I mean everything in the unit was spotless! The decor was easy and comfie. Nice peaceful area as well. My husband was able to walk out the back door straight down to the pier for some fishing. Very relaxing trip.

This was a nice clean condo on the waterfront in a good location. However, in the contract it says this property has a no smoking policy so it was very disappointing that there was a lingering cigarette smoke smell causing us discomfort while in the condo. It seemed the air vents were blowing the smoke smelled air. There was a dirty ashtray sitting on the patio rail outside the bedroom condo door. Also this was a lower condo unit and we heard heavy feet and squeaky floors above us.

Everything was as listed. Waking up to the view of the lake was spectacular.

Had a wonderful stay right by the lake! Bonus was 2 full bathrooms which was great! Super clean and had everything we needed! Would stay here again!!

Location was great. Close to the river and freeway. Place was decorated great and the amenities were just what we needed. Very relaxing to sit out on the back porch and watch the water. Very quiet area.

Perfect couples getaway. Room was the perfect size for two adults. I wouldn’t recommend for small children or over 2 people. Room came stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and host was great!!!

This was a great place for a romantic anniversary weekend. Even better we walked under the highway bridge to Bubba Brews. Great food and service. Only wish it had been a little warmer weather but not complaining.

Clean, convenient location, gorgeous view. I didn't come across anything that was not provided by the host. Truly felt like this was home away from home. We look to book again this year for a long weekend away when it is warmer so we can enjoy the view. EXCELLENT price for all of the above.

Nice clean condo. Was as described. Only negative were the stairs down to the unit from the parking area. They are in disrepair.

Everything about this property was excellent. Close to everything but yet secluded. Lots to do from museums to golfing.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was about 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is that the entrance for the parking lot is a sharp turn and steep, so it was tough to get in and out of during 5 o’clock traffic

Amy was a wonderful host, she was very responsive. Condo was clean and just as described.

Perfect size place. We loved the bed, it was a king and so comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms too. Perfect weather in November and we enjoyed sipping coffee looking at the lake.

This condo sits literally right next to the water! My sister and I are on a girl's trip. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to the National Park and other activities. Very pleasant to come back after a day of sightseeing, sit by the water on the back patio and sip a little wine and RELAX!

We love Lake Hamilton and we visit three or four times a year. This condo is located on a quiet cove and is a lower unit. There is one wide flight of downward stairs that were easily managed by us. Having an outdoor area for the dog was nice too. We hope to be back in the area again soon.

The place was great; well-situated, well-equipped, the owner was extremely prompt and responsive. I mistakenly booked what I thought was a 2 bedroom. This place is perfect for 2 people! I would recommend this condo on the water!
