Large master bedroom with a cal-king bed, television, on-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi Tub, walk in shower and large closets. The second bedroom comes with a full sized bed / bedroom set, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The unit has a large patio/balcony with table and chairs and incredible views overlooking the river and casinos. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all standard kitchen equipment included. Wifi, 75in HDTV, Cable, DVD/Blu-ray player, patio set, pool, jacuzzi, and multiple BBQs located on the property. The community has a private island and a private boat launch with docks!

This condo complex is in gated community, secured with cameras and gate code.

Easy access to casinos from the water taxi that will pick you up on the private island directly in front of the condo for a small fee.
