Relaxing 4th floor with Lap Pool View - Ocean Tower Beach Villa

GREAT location, relaxing and quiet Me and my family were coming here for the last seven years and we love the place and we’re gonna keep coming back this unit. It was great Grapeview and the location they keep the place always clean and they make you feel like you were home.

The condo was just as listed. Plenty of space. Amazing view of the sunset, and very clean and organized!

This spacious condo had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The large shaded balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. You’ll love staying here!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about the unit, from our reservationist Phyllis to our greeter Munro were great!We had rented 4 units for our daughters wedding and by far, 805 had the best view, best furnishings, amenities and cleanliness. However, be warned! We had a terrible experience with the on site property staff. For the most part they rule the property like a jail with so many rules, restrictions and lack of aloha in general. We followed all the rules and still we always felt we were being scrutinized and questioned about something. Overall, if we are to ignore the beach villa staff our stay was a a joy and we would rent unit 805 any time we had the opportunity!

The amenities provided in this spacious unit made it an extravagant home away from home experience. The beachfront access provide daily swims, walks, beautiful sunsets and fun by the pool/sauna, open grills and tiki bar.

We only hoped it was as nice as the pictures. We were not disappointed.So beautiful, modern, clean and managed beautifully when/if issues arose. Location was perfect as we had activities all over the island and this area had little congestion and seemed to be located ideally. Amenities perfect for everyone and we especially liked the ambiance being family friendly. Not having restaurants, cafes or specialty stores on sight was great as it cut down on the #'s of people as they were also staying there. Our lagoon was quiet and free from abundance of lawn chairs and water toys. If you wanted anything you had 3 other big resorts to shop or eat at.We will be back!!!
