Relaxin' at The Pearl. Ocean front condo with direct beach access.

The condo was very nice, we had a great time. Jenny was very helpful and attentive.

The host was very welcoming! We initially had trouble with the door code due to Wi-Fi issues. Jennie responded to me right away and was able to solve the problem. She was also very helpful prior to our trip. She answered multiple questions we had about accessible things for our daughter and good places to go. The building was right on the beach. Our room had everything we needed including things for the beach.. chairs toys, beach chairs ect. It also had two pool and a hot tub. We would definitely go back!

This was a perfect place for our family. We were on the first floor right above the pool to watch our kiddos feom our balcony if we chose to. One flight down to the pool and steps to the beach! Perfect views of the ocean. Jennie was quick to realond to any and every question we had. Definitely recommend this to families in the future.

Condo was great. Location is perfect. Beach is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Can’t wait to stay again!

This condo has a great use of space. Enough space for kids and parents. The condo does need some touch up painting. Lots of wear and tear, but we enjoyed our stay. The fitness center equipment needs updated.

Perfect place for vacation host was extremely nice Jenni was the best while staying there our home state flooded she let us stay 3 more nights until we could arrange to get home, we will definitely come back just can’t say enough about the place and the host

Condo was very nice size with great views of the gulf. We love the convenience of 1st floor and how easy it was to access the beach. We had everything we need supplied for a very relaxing vacation.

This was a great condo, perfect for smaller families. The host responded very quickly to anything that came up and quickly resolved issues.

We loved this condo a lot. It had everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing, it was clean and tidy and the beach chairs and toys were a great bonus we wished we could have utilized. The owners gave us all the codes needed and who to contact in case something happens in the condo or outside well ahead of check-in. My husband did utilize the gym and while it doesn't have free weights other than dumbells it was sufficient for him to get in a workout without driving to the YMCA daily. Plus there is an amazing view while working out! The pools are perfectly sized for the property even when the beach is not usable, which it was not during our entire stay, double red flags every day because of bad rip currents. Had the weather been better it would have been the perfect vacation but you can't control mother nature. We just have to say that whoever is in charge of the building, they work very hard. The breezeways, elevators, pool area, and every single place you went was always clean and as soon as a problem was brought to their attention they were on it. Most of the time they saw it before you as they watch the cameras all the time (that made me feel safer as well, knowing someone was always watching the common areas since I was in an unfamiliar place). If we ever head back we will be booking this beautiful condo and will cross our fingers and toes that the weather works in our favor, lol.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Pearl. It is an amazing and beautiful location. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. The only gripe we had about this room was the mold. There was a decent amount of mold on the curtains, the floor all near the sliding glass door area in the bedroom and living room. Just a headsup for anyone with a mold allergy. Besides that it was AWESOME!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Anything we had questions about or needed help with our host and facilities were there to help. Recommend this to anyone that enjoys the wonderful Navarre beach.

The condo was in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable which is a must due to my husbands back. The bathrooms are amazing and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked very well. The handicapped ramp to the beach made it easy to take our packed full beach buggies to the beach. They have 2 pools so one was never overly crowded which is always nice with an infant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Perfectly appointed for a family of 4. The view, the access to the beach, the kitchen to cook a few meals in, and the walking distance to Juana’s/restaurants were exactly what we needed. Jennie is a great host and was quick to respond with anything we needed. We will be back!
