Relaxation, perfect sunsets, and emerald waters await from our beach front condo

We have stayed at the Navarre Regency multiple times and we were especially happy with this condo. The condo is very well done with much thought put into the rental experience. Communication was great with Joe & Ashley and their communication was very helpful with on the amenities of the condo. We will definitely rent from the May’s again when returning to Navarre.

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. You can’t beat the views. The property felt like home. Everything was well stocked including little extras and high end soaps. It is very well decorated and the furniture is very comfortable.

Amazing views and attentive hosts - this property has it all!

This well appointed condo is owned by the most attentive and gracious hosts I've ever encountered. The unit is beautiful, with high quality linens, comfortable furniture, and a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking a couple of nights and found everything we needed. The location is wonderful! The area just outside the condo is less crowded than surrounding areas. This time of year was especially peaceful. Having the chair service at the beach was an added bonus! There are several restaurants withing walking distance, which is nice if you aren't in the mood to drive anywhere after relaxing on the beach. We would welcome a return visit to this beautiful condo!

The condo, the view, the beach & the water were all perfect! Joe and Ashley were so easy to work with and we will definitely be back at 503!

Our stay was wonderful! The owners are responsive and friendly. The condo was beautiful and everything was well kept up. The location is so nice, with a short walk to the beach and pool, and proximity to the pier. Beautiful view on the balcony. No complaints at all. This one is a winner!

The owners were very communicative. They began sending us updates a week prior to arrival. They were super encouraging about an early check-in. They also made an effort to go above what many other owners do. For example, we received a welcoming note and gift, the bathrooms had hand soap and a box of toiletries in case we forgot items. They had two beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, etc that saved us space on packing. And the kitchen was the best stocked that we’ve ever stayed at the Regency. Loved the upgraded showers and tub!

The condo pics look amazing and it was the same in person. Loved the decor, setup, balcony, bathrooms etc. everything was so well stocked, and neatly labeled. A great view of the beach and pier. These are the best VRBO owners I have ever rented from. Communication was very proactive on condo details, access, and even let us know our check in could be a little sooner than expected since previous renter left early. All details were so well organized, anytime I txt them with a question it was a very prompt response and so politely answered. There attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back again!

The condo was so beautiful and had everything you’d ever want and need. We had such an amazing view and convenient to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping: Joe & Ashley are very kind, helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come and stay again.
