Relax with abundant wildlife steps from Links Golf Course!

Very clean-as a “no pets” property. Beds were a little too soft. Enjoyed our three night stay.

Wonderful property. Very relaxing time on my business trip.

The property is homey and comfortable. One thing to know is that the bedrooms are both upstairs (if you have problems with stairs this is not a good fit). The beds are very soft. Overall, for me, it was a good experience a nice place to stay and the owner was more than responsive to questions. For others in my group the stairs and soft beds presented difficulties.

Excellent contact with GM. Very easy check-in check-out. Great amenities. Cold water in fridge upon arrival was very nice. Loved the chaise chair. Comfortable beds. Needed good internet for contact with my Office and that connection was excellent. Only negatives: Deck gets very sunny by noon and is not covered so not usable in afternoon & early evening & paving of nearby parking area for 3 of the days I was there created a lot of noise & odor starting early in the morning. This was of course a temporary happening.

Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions via messaging! Unit was very convenient and close to many places we visited. The unit was clean, and coffee, water bottles and chips were available for our use. While we really enjoyed our stay, a towel rack in one bathroom upstairs was broken and there was no detergent available for our use of the washing machine--minor issues. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Very cozy

Upstairs bedroom and baths nicely updated and clean. Beautiful location - quiet, peaceful setting less than 10 minutes away from shops and food. Nice deck with table. We found it a little tough to use the inside dining table as the chairs were so high that you couldn’t get your legs underneath. We got around that by eating at the bar. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Ruidoso!

We did not use the fireplace. Could’ve used a good can opener. But Everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay! The golf course it close by and the scenery from the deck is a total vibe. The beds are nice and big so it offers a comfortable place to sleep. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this condo to Ruidoso. Location is great, condo was very clean, and Esperanza is a wonderful host!

We had an enjoyable stay. Very clean and everything we needed. The stairs to the bedrooms are pretty steep for those that may have trouble with stairs. Bathrooms very nice and clean.

My family enjoyed the condo very much!! We loved how pretty everything was and the decor of the house. We were also greeted every morning by a couple of mule deer and some elk. The hostess was very informative and the check in and check out process was smooth. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a getaway to Ruidoso. It is very close to the town and the turn off to Ski Run Road. It’s was a fun Christmas trip!

The stay was amazing, they have everything you would need during a trip. More spacious than I was expecting which was great, only a short drive to all the stores and restaurants. Highly recommended staying at this condo!!

The condo was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is great with restaurants and grocery store near by. Nice bedding and towels. Being able to use the fireplace was nice. The iswellequiped

The condo was very comfy. Living room furniture is so easy to relax & get comfy. Nice to have a bathroom downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Kitchen dining table is nice but chairs are too high for it so not super comfortable to eat at. Master bathroom could use some upgrading. But all in all it was very relaxing. Woke to seeing deer outside the kitchen window every morning. Neighborhood is very quiet. And it is easy to get to anywhere in town from the condo.The owner was extremely fast at communicating back. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend with my Aunt and long time family friend. They are in their late 70s. This unit was nice but they both had difficulties with the stairs both outside and inside. Very unlevel parking and you can not escape the stairs anywhere. The railings outside are covered in spider webs. The tv situation was a nightmare. No instructions and very slow internet made it nearly impossible to watch TV. Overall the stay was ok.

Very nice, upgraded furniture, appliances, etc. Nice location nest to golf course. The bottled cold water dispenser was great. Excellent patio, furniture, Bar BQ. Beds very comfortable. Can't think of anything that could be improved on.
