The condo was well stocked with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, utensils and plates/bowls. Everything was clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach from the patio was really nice too! We were in close proximity to beach, just a short walk accross the street. We also enjoyed sand volleyball on the beach, the fitness center and courts in the community. We didn't really use the pools much, but they are nice also. All in all a great location and lovely space for our family of 5 (three teens, two adults) Would definitely recommend!

Our family had a fantastic trip! Sharon is a tremendous host and her property is clean, easy access to beach and fit our family of 6 easily. Gorgeous Miramar Beach is just steps away across the street. We will be back!

The condo is great. Location is great and the beach chairs are a very nice bonus! Host is nice and easy to communicate with. This was our 2nd stay and highly recommend!

Condo unit is in a great location with a walk across the street to the beach. Sounds of the waves from the balcony was relaxing Upon arrival we let the unit air out for a few minutes to purge the smell of bleach used by the cleaning crew otherwise the unit itself was clean suited our needs perfectly for my wife dog and me.The unit had all the amenities we needed, Sharon, the owner, was very responsive to address an issue with the refrigerator to ensure we had the best experience possible.

Host was great - communication was very timely. Loved the entire Maravilla complex. Very clean and well kept. Heated pool was great. Very close access to the Gulf of Mexico. Our second time at Maravilla and plan on returning.

Everything was great. The condo was perfect and very clean ! We love how close we were to the beach. The property was peaceful and quiet. We were so thankful that we could bring our two puppies.

This was a very nice decorated condo. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay here. We stay in this complex yearly when we come and this unit is one of the nice ones. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating if any questions or issues were to arise. Love that there is the 4 beach chair rental. It’s normally only 2 when you rent a unit in this complex. The beach is super close. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home.

Prefect location, equipped with everything we needed which made traveling a lot easier. Very clean & Sharon was super sweet!

Owner was great great communication condo was well stocked

This was our 4th time visiting there. But, in this situation: 1- never advised of construction resulting in make shift stairs. Unable to use wheeled suit cases, & luggage carts.2- access to beach was impeded by construction.3- daily charge for good seating at the beach 4- signs in the bedrooms to indicate the comforters were “just for show and not to be used.”All in all, we were disappointed. Had this been our first time there, we would’ve not been back.

This was a beautiful condo. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. The property has great amenities and the proximity to the beach is amazing. My family enjoyed our week here.

We had a great stay for spring break. My husband and our two kids (14 and 11) and our dog. The condo was super cute, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Could see the beach from our bedroom. Very happy with our stay! bedroom balcony.

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the access to the beach. The beach chair/umbrella service was great to have. Loved everything. The construction/updates for the complex was not ideal but did not cause us any problems. We would stay again if we have another opportunity to make the trip.

We've stayed at several properties at this location and this is our favorite. Very well furnished, good spot on the property, well managed.
