Relax on the balcony and enjoy the Bay: Covered Parking-BWE7

It was great, the condo was nice and clean the property was clean and the pool was nice. The only thing i had to complain about was they should put some curtains in the bedrooms. The sun shines bright in the windows at 5am and it was very hard to sleep in a little on vacation. But everything else was awesome! Location was good close to everything. But you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo so keep that in mind of you are in any way handicapped or bring a lot of stuff. We made it work with no issues but just a heads up. The communication was good with the owner also.

There was high winds during our stay. It believe a cable was blown loose and was banging on the side of the condo most of the evening. Just letting you know it needs to be looked at and fixed I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV. Accommodates were as pictured and worked well for our stay.

We have stayed here several times and have loved it every time. The condo is nice, comfortable, and has beautiful views. Walking out on the pier and fishing was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was great. Steve has always been kind and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had this time was with security and parking passes.

Great 2bedroom condo

This was the perfect location for our family of 2 adults & 3 children. Right on the beach of the bay which was perfect for us to hang out at since there were red flags on the ocean side beach. Condo was clean & the balcony was my favorite place to relax.

We love this location and have stayed at other condos in Baywatch. This condo just wasn’t clean. It could use some updating. If we hadn’t stayed in such a nice one earlier it may not have made these things standout as much.

Enjoyed the view of the bayside and short walk to the gulf side. Best of both worlds!

Great Location, very quiet, loved being on bay

This is a great place to stay. Our condo was right on the bay. We loved the views, the pier, the grills, the pool... This was our third time staying here and we definitely plan on coming back.

Great location with convenient access to the calm waters of the private beach and pool. The public beach on the Gulf side is a short drive or walk away.

We have stayed here multiple times for our family summer vacation. Can't wait to come back next year.

This was our first time vacationing in Florida, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful for downtime.We made some great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florida—especially first-timers like us!Only concern...make sure description of property is clearer on the fact that it is not ADA accessible.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very quiet, very family oriented. Our unit could use a fresh coat of paint; however that doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. I wish beach chairs and an umbrella had been available to use. We flew, so we couldn’t bring those things with us. Great location, a public gulf beach with parking was just a block away.

Great place looking out on the water. The grandkids loved having a private fishing pier right outside the balcony. The place is clean & the washer and dryer were nice to have. There are no cookie sheets, baking sheets or pizza pans of any kind, but there are pots and pans. No salt/pepper or spices so plan accordingly. It is up 4 flights of stairs to your condo, but the view is worth it.

We had a great stay, with both bedrooms having their own bathrooms it made getting ready easy and no waiting for anyone. Comfy furniture throughout.

Very quiet place to stay for our family with 4 small children. We would definitely stay here again.

Saw the picture of the deck and thought that's ok. That ended up being where I wanted to be whenever we were there! Loved watching and listening to the water! We took a dip in the pool about every night! Would stay here again and hope to one day...

Great nice clean place everything was good the area was very Beautiful and quiet just make sure you bring your own personal items
