Stayed Jan 1, 2026Host was welcoming and checked to see that we were happy!. Condo was fine and had everything we needed. One suggestion might be a coffee starter for the first morning. Otherwise, the place had everything.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025The unit was just as expected. Very nicely equipped and accommodating. LOVED that it had Xfinity cable tv in addition to the streaming. Thoroughly enjoyed that! The pool was absolutely wonderful…just the perfect temperature at all times. The beaches are just a short drive away..and love that Publix and Bealls are right across the street. Just had a GREAT stay, and will rent again!!

Stayed May 11, 2024The condo was absolutely wonderful. It had pretty much everything you would have in your own home. It was clean, updated and roomy. Enjoyed every evening on the front porch patio. Condo complex was very quiet. Socialized with very nice people at the pool. Location was convenient to Englewood Beach, Gasparilla Island (Boca Grande beach), grocery stores and restaurants. I had originally researched rentals in the area for several weeks prior and when I decided to purchase this new rental popped up and I ended up booking it. So glad I did! The owners were great to work with.
