RELAX AT THE BEACH IN THIS GORGEOUS GULF FRONT CONDO! THE PALMS #914

Even better than we expected! Pics were exact, just how the property looked. Just wonderful, we can’t wait to go back!

Clean. Well maintained property.

The condo decor was perfect, building old, however condo clean. The deck was our favorite spot. Kitchen was organized, the best we have seen. The building was clean everyday, one young lady scrubbin floor tile on her knees. Every person we meet werer friendly and or helpful.,

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! We everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! Beds were comfy! View was beautiful! And Beachball Properties was so easy to work with and responded so quickly to texts! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Our stay was awesome! This condo was decorated so nice and was very comfortable. We felt right at home. Short walk to the beach. Such a relaxing stay, would definitely book again!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean and the balcony was our favorite spot to watch the sunset and dolphins. It was a few steps to the beach and every thing you need to stay there and cook and relax. Check in was super easy with everything sent to us ahead of time before arrival. I would recommend this condo for a great family vacation, you will not be disappointed! We will be back to vacation at this spot!

This property was clean, well decorated and the furniture was comfortable and updated. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the property overall and the security. The location was great for folks wanting easy access to Canal Road. Quiet and peaceful.

Nice Condo Updated

The inside of the condo is very nice. Updated with a beachy vibe, very clean and includes everything you need. Comfy beds and a nice large balcony. The only negative is that the condo building is older and in need of some updating.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach at Palms 914. This unit worked great for our family because there were two bedrooms, one for our older teenage son and one for my husband and I. The fold-out bed in the living room was perfect for our younger twin sons. The ocean view and beach access were perfect! It was really great having an indoor and outdoor pool as well. When it was wavy on the ocean the kids could still swim. Lots of stores close by to buy groceries, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation!

This accommodation was excellent. The condo is perfect. Inviting and comfortable. Large, sheltered balcony was our perch to watch the dramatic Gulf coastline. Lots of weather changes made for great viewing and dining. Only downside of The Palms is that there is no “fitness center”, only a couple of treadmills in a small room. Management told us more equipment and larger facility is coming. Also, be prepared that the outdoor pool is not heated. Otherwise, a fantastic 10-day stay!

The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated and well equipped, except for a lack of enough clothes hangers, and no hangers with clips for hanging slacks/skirts, and a need for more kitchen silverware (only four table knives...). I did ask about more hangers and was told that the hangers that were there were per the plan... I suggest changing that part of the plan! We hope to return next year.

Property was very nice except two issues. Main concern was the clothes dryer had build up of lint inside the exhaust housing. Secondly the entrance door had loose lock plates making it difficult to lock but we got by. Other than than we enjoyed our property and our stay at the beach.

As remote owners, we feel confident that our HOME away from home is handled with the utmost care. The Palms 914-Serendipity Palms has 35 FIVE STAR REVIEWS, with cleanliness mentioned each time. It is the personal care to our property and to US as owners that sets Beachball apart from other companies. During the busiest weekend of the summer season, my son was looking forward to an intimate proposal at a local resort restaurant, but they were completely booked. After one email to Beachball staff (Cassie is the best!), my son had his reservation secured because Ginger went the extra mile for us. She accomplished the impossible and the happy couple had their dream date. We are forever grateful for all the little and BIG things Beachball does for us. ❤️

Enjoyed our stay! Cute decor. This condo was very clean and met all our expectations. Only negative was the unit had a musty smell when you entered each time. Maybe from AC unit not sure.

Everything was very clean the property was well maintained love the gulf and white sand and beautiful sunrises. We’ll go back .

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and we could not be happier with the location and accommodations for our special time and vacation! The location of the condo was perfect, the cleanliness of the condo, the beach, the pool, and everything was just wonderful. We plan to return next year!

We had no issues at this updated condo. It was the perfect view and very comfortable with the 2 ensuites for my daughter and myself and her 40th birthday trip! Easy access and comfortable! Very well kept property, clean and tidy! Had all the necessities- our only complaint was we didn’t have clothes hangers anywhere in the condo, ha. All around a great place to stay, and it’s a beach front so I can’t complain! Easy check in/check out process.

This condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our toddler. Everything was perfectly clean and easy to find. We will definitely be coming back!
