Rehoboth Beach studio with a balcony, fast WiFi, ocean view, & outdoor pool

Very clean and a fantastic view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 2 night stay while we were in town doing some prep for our upcoming wedding this summer. The space was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and with blankets in the evening, enjoying the incredible view. We had beautiful weather so could leave the balcony door cracked for a light breeze and the sound of the ocean overnight. And waking up to see the sunrise right from the bed just can't be beat!

Beautiful unobstructed ocean view. Nicely decorated. Not a beach vibe, but still very nice. A couple of small hiccups with codes for getting the key, internet, and tv access. Will write owner separately to recommend changes to the instructions. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would highly recommend. Great water pressure in the shower. Lots of plug-ins for electronics (once I found them). Internet worked well. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was tiny, but we only used it for coffee and snacks. Just caution that the place is a little small. It’s fine for 2, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to squeeze any extra people in.

We love this unit and have stayed there twice now. It is beautifully kept and decorated. Always very clean and easy check in and check out. We are already looking at dates to book again.

Fantastic view and lovely accommodations. Very convenient location

The view from the balcony was great! We were right on the beach/Boardwalk. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and see the beautiful, sparkling ocean and hear the waves. Parking was convenient. Good location. The pool could use some umbrellas for shade.

We had a fantastic week at this property. The location allows you to park there and walk to everything in Rehoboth. It is perfect for a couple. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. However, the balcony alone is worth it. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and feel the breezes from the ocean in the evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. George

Small studio was comfortable and peaceful. Wish there was a rocking chair.

Very nice place convenient to a lot of activities. But Murphy bed gets in the way of the tv. You can’t watch tv from the Murphy bed. Other than that very nice place.

Overall property was great. Nice location with a great view. Had issues when we first arrived with getting keys. Instructions were not clear and it took us about 45 minutes to figure it out. Outdoor keys only worked on garage and lobby doors. Shower was difficult to figure out. I never saw a mechanism such as that one. TV instructions also not clear. Other than those issues, all went well. one.

A super comfortable, newly renovated apartment, right on the boardwalk. Stunning ocean views, 1-2 mins to the beach and Rehoboth shops. The apartment has everything you need. We’ll be back!

The property itself was fine but the check in process was so horrible that we lost half a day at the beach for our 42nd anniversary weekend. Left a bit of a sting

Great view! Practical layout, safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this condo right on the boardwalk. It has a well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture, and a comfortable (Murphy) bed. You will have a great view of the ocean, the nearby beach, and the sunrises from its balcony. The bike storage is very convenient and secure, you just take the elevator down to a secure garage and go from there. Rehoboth is a nice town with friendly people and good restaurants. There is a wonderful state seaside park nearby with many biking trails through picturesque wetlands full of birds of all kinds.

The condo is the perfect size for two. My sister and I absolutely loved it and will definitely book again. Perfect location with absolutely stunning views of the ocean and beach. Very comfortable furniture on the balcony to sit and relax. Very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying here.

It’s a perfect studio for two people! We had everything we needed for a long weekend. The balcony makes the location. It’s definitely a small studio but there is so much to do around Rehoboth it’s not really an issue, I’m not sure how much cooking you might do there but we went to all the amazing restaurants so not an issue. Check-in/out was super easy! We had an amazing time.

Loved the closeness to everything

Location is amazing - right on the boardwalk near the southern part of town - was ideal for us. Amazing views all the time and the most amazing sunrises! Space was as pictured in the listing - very nice space. Issues were that while the kitchen had some things, you really could not cook for two adults. The pots and pans that were there were very small - sized for a child's kitchen. We ended up going to the local TJ Max and getting a normal sized frying pan and a pot large enough for making pasta - $50 we shouldn't have needed to spend but since we didn't need them at home, we left them in the unit for future guests who may need to cook.
