Rehoboth 1st floor, End Unit Condo w/Pools & 5 Minute Bike Ride to Beach

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Your communication was excellent. I never doubted that I could call for help any time. I’m sorry I didn’t notify you when we checked out, it slipped my mind. We really enjoyed staying there and hope to return next year. Thank you for making us feel welcome and right at home!

This condo was in a great location, near everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet community. Condo comes packed with everything you'll need and it feels like a home away from home. - it's cozy & comfortable with nice finishes! The screened-in porch with high top table and beautiful frontal view of the large pond with space to sit and relax are top notch. Nothing like looking out the windows while youre cooking or preparing something in the kitchen with that view! Fil & Rich were so accommodating and communicative & they were prompt with returning messages, etc. They are attentive and quick to serve your needs. Thanks, Fil & Rich!

The owners are hugely positive, concerned and understanding….wanting their renters to experience all the offerings of beach life! Their condo is exceptional. Crabs, oysters, fish, board walking, Thrasher fries, shopping, amusement center, restaurants/taverns everywhere! Oh my!!

First off, Rich and Fil are a pleasure to do business with. Professional, responsive and proactive with reaching out to make sure our stay is the best it can be. We have stayed in multiple properties they own/manage, and they are always spotless and well appointed. As an IT professional, the various goole based streaming options, wi-fi, computer access etc are a plus, and not one I usually see elsewhere. We will be booking a future visit in 2026!!!

Very lovely property. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. All the essentials were provided for us. They went above and beyond to be sure you had everything you needed, in addition to a sweet welcome gift of a local treat. The communication with our host was great, they were very responsive. Everything went smoothly. The property was extremely clean and the furniture was super comfy. Very walkable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and friends. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Rehoboth.

Enjoyed the games, puzzles and thoughtful hosts. The bed in the main bedroom is a little firm but was still nice.

Enjoyed our stay in this clean , quiet property. Appreciated the extra touches-bathrooms and kitchen ready for use, nice linens, accessible outlet strips, charging stations, adjustable lighting- everything well thought out. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Convenient location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this first floor condo in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is clean, spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood and has 2 pools nearby. Our hosts are extremely kind, generous and accommodating. They are attentive and quick to respond to our emails or text messages. The best thing about staying at any of the FRB Rentals, is that the hosts provide everything that you can think of to make your stay more comfortable, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Tide pods, dryer sheets, hair dryers, makeup remover pads, tea, coffee, and the list goes on and on. We love renting from Rich and Fil and look forward to staying at one of their condos in the future.

This was a great place to spend time with my family It was quiet and yet close to everything.

This is a very nice, comfortable and functional 3 bedroom condominium. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked and the owners provided many items that make the place functional right away (e.g., coffee filters, paper towels, dishwasher soap, extra toilet paper, etc). This is MUCH appreciated after a long tiring drive when one is tired and does not want to immediately have to go to the grocery store just to be able to function. The furnishings are comfortable. All appliances, etc. are in good working order. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. This was a very positive VRBO experience. Thank you.
