Stayed Mar 29, 2026We stayed for spring break and this exceeded our expectations! Rental was clean upon arrival and the views from the balcony were incredible. It was a very family friendly community and we liked that it was about 5 minutes down from all the hustle of the main beach. There was a storage closet off the balcony that had beach gear which was convenient. We also got to see the Blue Angels buzz by on our first night! Check in/out was a breeze! Since we came during spring break the weather was a little unpredictable and the only thing I wish was different would be that the pool was heated. It was ice cold. My kids didn’t mind, but I couldn’t even put my toes in.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025The Regency Towers and Pensacola Beach is our go-to spot for a vacation! The condos are always comfortable, always clean and always accommodating/equipped! And the location is AMAZING! Right on the beach! We love watching the dolphins in the morning and early evening! Now that we're semi-retired we plan to stay here every year. Hopefully for more than a week at a time!
