Regency Isle is a Gulf Front condo building located in Orange Beach, Alabama between the Perdido Pass Bridge and the Alabama/Florida State line. Condo #604 is a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 6th floor. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full appliance package and has a breakfast nook with small table as well as a large dining room table. There is also a wet bar in the hallway with a free standing ice maker. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and offers amazing views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows. The oversized balcony has 2 lounge chairs and 4 top table and chairs!

Master Bedroom - King Bed, closet, private bathroom with Shower and separate tub, and private balcony access (South Balcony).

    Only had to call about TV reception because we could not get reception on any TVs the first day. After a call to Prickett Properties, someone came by within an hour. The service started just before this person arrived. Internet outage was the problem and once it was restored the rest of the week went very smoothly. Exceptionally clean inside and out.

    The condo was very nice. The dishes were not clean and there was some trash that wasn't cleaned up by prior guests or housekeeping. Otherwise, it was a great location and nice place.

    The location was perfect. The view was beautiful and the balcony was very spacious. I love that there is a covered parking garage with an assigned space just for your unit that puts you right by the elevator with easy access to luggage carts as well. It makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. When you get off the elevator on the ground floor, the pool, grills and boardwalk to the beach are right there waiting on you. Everything was super convenient ,well maintained and the grounds were immaculate! We loved everything about our stay! I would love to stay here again and again!!

    Our major problem was with lack of communication from the property management. They did not notify us the building was being painted and we would lose the use of the patio. All of the furniture was placed in the second bedroom which resulted loss of that room. In addition, there had been a flood in a unit above that caused damage in our unit, were we not notified and arrived to 6 industrial fans running and were told they had no where else to put us we had to find another place.

    Balcony was disgusting. Looked like kids stayed there before us and spilled colored drinks everywhere. Also looked like laffy taffy was stuck to the floor. Flatscreen tv in the master bedroom kept losing Wi-Fi signal. Bedroom sliding door made horrible sound when trying to open. Shower had soap scum all down the side of the tiles. We had to literally go to dollar general and buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the condo before we moved our stuff in. It took us 3 hours to get this done. Regency Isle is a decent place to stay, but Pricket Properties (condo owner of room 604) does not take care of their rooms. We’ve stayed at this same condo in different rooms for the past 5 years but we used different property managers. Will never use Pricket Properties ever again.
