Stayed Apr 8, 2026Overall a great condo with a wonderful layout, plenty of space and bathrooms, and easy access to the beach. The furniture in the living room needs updating, as the couch is quite worn, the recliner is broken, and the coffee table is wobbly. All other ammenities were great!

Stayed Mar 24, 2026Great views and wonderful pools. One of the chairs ( recliner ) was broke and reported. The dryer lint screen didn’t seem to work right. A lot of lint seemed to make it out to the hallway. We did enjoy and utilize the restaurant suggestions. All in all an enjoyable vacation.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We had a great time! In the mornings we loved sitting on the balcony watching the guys clean up and organize the pool area. I had difficulty getting the tv working in one of the bedrooms and all I had to do was call the 24 hour service and got it fixed, appreciate that service so much. We love this place because it's not a high rise with so many people!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025This is actually our 2nd time staying in this unit. Perfect location and walking distance to Flora Bama. Good amenities. Size of unit is perfect and each couple had own bedroom and bathroom. Communication with property management is easy, as is check in and checkout. Our only critique is some updates are needed, especially in bathrooms and the first back bedroom. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Nice low key property and stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Has indoor heated pool which we did not use but the outdoors pool and hot tub were open. Clean looking grill/picnic table area available and straight elevated deck walk to beach. All in all very nice property. Very clean and well described room.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Well maintained and clean. Nicely furnished and easy access to the beach from the third floor. Problem with the AC unit upon arrival was immediately addressed, and an entire new unit was promptly replaced. Management was very responsive. Already booked to return next year.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We have stayed at Regency Isle in Orange Beach for 5 years now, our first time in this unit. We brought friend who have mever visited our favorite vacation spot before. Everything was great in the condo as we had plenty of room and loved our week. The large balcony was fantastic and the memories will last. Won't be our last time to visit either.
