Regency Isle 1001 3 bedroom 3 bath Corner Gulf Front Condo by Prickett Properties

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was really nice. We especially enjoyed the view. The kitchen eating nook was great. If we get to go back to the beach next year, this is the place we will choose.

The beach view was the best from the 10th floor. Very relaxing after a day on the sand to sit on the balcony and continue to enjoy the day after shower and dinner to watch the sun go down. We both enjoyed the pool first thing every morning after breakfast on the balcony. Would recommend to anyone.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Perfect view of the beach and so much room. We loved the ice maker. There were a few cleaning issues at the very beginning, but they were so kind and took care of them quickly. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly redecorated!

Regency Isle was the perfect size… not too large or overly crowded. Ample parking, elevators easy to catch, excellent beach access with ability to rent chairs and umbrellas. Maintenance for Prickett Properties was super quick to respond when I let them know about ants in a couple of the bedrooms and were willing to come over immediately. Location was perfect for us. Loved being across the bridge away from the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach. Also loved our 5-minute walk to Flora-Bama! The check-in process was as simple as a code punched in to the electronic keypad with no room keys to keep up with. All three bedrooms had windows with outside views which we have never had before. Of course we LOVED just sitting on our balcony staring at the beach and the ocean! We also really appreciated the nice outdoor furniture you could actually enjoy. Overall the unit met our needs and expectations and we sure hope to back next year!

Regency isle is our favorite spot. It’s in a quiet area but very close to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. We love the fact that there are always lots of families with kiddos, as our daughter enjoys making friends everywhere she goes. 1001 was a great condo, the rooms are a good size, everything was very clean, and the furniture was nice. A big advantage is the larger balcony, since it’s a corner unit. We had 7 people in our party ranging from age 7 to 81 and each of us were very happy with our stay. The cable in 2 of the bedrooms wasn’t working when we got there, and when we contacted Prickett Properties they very quickly had the issue fixed! Great customer service. Would recommend Regency Isle and Prickett Properties to anyone!

We are long time visitors to the Alabama Coast and Orange Beach is our favorite spot. We found this unit at Regency Isle condos to be an ideal location. It was spacious and offered spectacular view of Ono Island and the Gulf. We will definitely this condo for another visit!
