Regatta Bay 404B- Walk-in level condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriends and I have been going to the Lake for 37 years and we have finally found our forever place! The condo has everything you need in the kitchen. All three bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and each has its own bathroom. The condo was also **** and span (no cobwebs either!) and the screened-in deck is inviting, clean, relaxing and has a great view. The pool was immaculate and the restrooms were the best I've seen. Regatta Bay is conveniently located and close to nice restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Large, clean condo with 3BR and 3BA, screened porch overlooking the water, easy parking, 2 pools, tennis and pickleball, grills, cornhole, and a fire pit. Comfortable beds and a W/D in the unit. We loved fishing from the docks and relaxing in the pool. Sunrises and moonrises over the water were gorgeous. Good location, not too far from restaurants or the strip. Would book this place again!

This condo was clean, with decent amenities, lovely view, and very nice pools. We appreciated the use of the grills. Twin bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable as reported by the person who slept on them, and ice maker did not seem to be working, but other than that, a great place to stay. I would rebook this listing.

The view was beautiful! The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The ice maker didn’t work and the tvs in 2 bedrooms weren’t connected to cable. The oven needed to be cleaned, ceiling fans too. Shower curtain had mold on it. The unit could use a deep clean.

It was very good. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. It was very quiet too. Not one complaint. Want it again next year. The only issue was the line of bumper to bumper traffic when leaving on Sunday but that is not the owner’s fault.

There were 5 of us adult females staying and we loved having the spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We hung out at the pool most of the time but it’s a great location close to the strip if we did go out. Condo was clean and we had no issues.

Regatta Bay never disappoints. We stay in this complex every time we come. So close to bars and restaurants and it’s a great price.
