They place was amazing . Close to everything you can think about doing. The location is perfect for the hot weather also. It was in the 90's the whole time but the placement of the deck makes it so there is a nice breeze all the time. Definitely worth coming back.......

This is the best condo we’ve booked on the lake. It’s spacious and comfortable and well kept. The screened balcony is twice the normal size, with an amazing view of the channel but still quiet. There are no steps to the front door, and there’s plenty of parking. The owner is great and responsive to any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the week!

Can't stress enough how pleased we were with our stay! The condo is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The screened-in balcony was great with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. The kids loved jumping in the lake off the swimming deck, fishing off the pier, and hanging out at the pool. Jim was wonderful to deal with - very prompt with communication throughout our visit. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and all the shops in the downtown area. We'd highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to visit again soon!

We have rented from Jim for several years. Both units he’s had are beautifully well kept, easy to checkin and checkout. He is very easy to contact and quickly responds. This particular unit is very spacious, and the location is perfect. We can always relax and feel “at home” when we are there. Thanks, Jim!

Great space, location, and layout. Awesome deck to hang out on and enjoy the main channel view. Close by boat and car to many restaurants/bars and the slip was convenient and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for a family stay at the lake! The pool was great and tennis/pickle ball courts were a nice athletic start to the days. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent! Highly recommended!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lake view from the deck is amazing. I could sit on that deck watching the water 24/7. Our children and grandchildren used the lower pool daily. We didn’t have any luck fishing, but it was still fun for the grandchildren. The owner is very easy to communicate with for questions or concerns. He always responded very quickly.
