Stayed Feb 22, 2025The condo is nice and comfortable and even though they are undergoing renovations they did a lot to minimize the inconvenience of it. The beach is very nice and not crowded.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Everything was fine, but the condo was very outdated. Needs to be completely redone. Carpets need to be replace, kitchen could use new cabinets, sink, lighting. Ceilings a very low. Flooring thru out needs to be replaced. Bathtub in bathroom had rust in it. Vanity in Primary was very old and very low!!! Needs replaced. Furniture on balcony was in very poor condition. Very pleased with the amount of kitchen supplies. Water pressure is very low. The air conditioning worked very well. Very frustrating to get tv to work in bedroom. Also selection of regular channels was not very good. Property management was very easy to deal with.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Second day after I arrived, couldn’t get into the condo. Had to call Service to get me in there was construction noise very aggravating. Didn’t like that at all. I called to get my money back, realizing that they don’t refund deposit money under no circumstance then I asked them to refund 50% of my deposit they said no of course. Then they asked me to cancel my contract so they could re-rent it. That would’ve given them twice the income rental funds instead of one income rental funds . I was really upset about that. They’re all about money. Never go back again.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024Taking into account our stay was six weeks after 2 hurricanes hit the area things were fairly cleaned up around the complex. The beach was in decent shape, but still has a ways to go before it is back to its original condition. The pool was not operational, but the owner rep reached out early to let us know so we weren't surprised. The unit itself was as described in the listing and was clean and all items were functional. The bed was very comfortable as was the living area furniture. The starter package of items that were provided was more than enough for the two of us for the week. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the ocean and had dolphin sightings two of the days we were there. Beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon were provided in the unit as well. We typically stay in Maderia Beach, but that area was hit pretty hard with the first hurricane so we ventured North to IRB this year. Will probably book here again next year with hopes that things will be back to normal and we can enjoy the beach and pool.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Even with the recent weather in Florida our vacation was excellent the property and the condo was excellent given the circumstances and we were glad to be able to stay and patronize the local shops and restaurants that were able to open the phrase Florida Strong is no joke those folks in Florida get it done !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was extremely clean, comfortable beds, and everything a family would need for fun on the beach. There was a large canopy tent, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon, and plenty of towels. This part of the Beach is fairly private compared to other areas nearby. We never felt crowded. The Beach itself is powdery white sand and there was no seaweed. The kitchen was fully equipped, but we didn't do much cooking with all the great dining available within walking distance. The staff and owner of Sandy Feet made this vacation so special for us and we will definitely be back next year.
