Stayed Mar 3, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was a first for my wife and I. As we entered the rental unit, it was dark inside and things appeared to be out of place. Once I turned the light on, it was not hard to see there was extensive remodeling in progress. The living room furniture was being stored in the closed patio, a toilet was in the kitchen, stuff was piled on the bed and temporary bracing was being used to support the bar. I phoned the emergency number we had been given and in the span of about ten minutes we were relocated to another unit in the same complex. The new unit was larger and a really nice upgrade though more stairs to access which was the only downside. The response from Sunset Nightly Rentals was fast and easy. They even gave us a $50 rebate for our trouble.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023Easy access to 65 to north and south. Quiet. Convenient. If I’d known I was going to have a broken ankle when I booked the stay, I’d have not selected the property due to the 20+ steps. But I didn’t and was able to wear my cam-boot up and down. I would caution that the hand railing is pretty wobbly and in the afternoon sun it is actually too hot to hold onto. Otherwise great stay!
