Stayed May 23, 2025We stayed here for a weekend tournament at the Ripken experience. This place is centrally located to the complex and downtown pigeon forge. Makes it very easy to get to and from the park and not spend your free time in traffic.Condo is quiet and cozy and has all the essentials a family needs to have closer to home feeling while on vacation.The only two downsides are 1. The WiFi for the unit is very weak and we had trouble using our phones and the smart TV’s all weekend. This is a minor inconvenience but still one that I think could be easily remedied.The other issue is also easily fixable as the mixing valve for the main shower is backwards so you don’t get any hot water and very little water pressure unless you want straight cold water.Overall would stay again if these two items are addressed. The hot water is the biggest problem and it’s not major but hopefully the feedback will be used correctly.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Had a great stay and the condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and all that we needed. Was close to so many amenities and centrally located. Quiet complex in the fall and very relaxing to come back to after a lot of hiking and activities. Would definitely stay here again!
