Thank you for taking a look and Bon Bini!!! to Reefs Edge Bonaire, an Oceanfront condo with fabulous views and amazing Sunsets! Our condo is located right across the street from Flamingo International Airport. This lovely condo is located on the second floor and is an end unit for additional privacy. Wait until you see the spectacular views overlooking the beautiful waters of Bonaire! My guests are amazed and say these are some of the best views on the island! We love sitting on the large balcony with 270 degree views. You can see Klein Bonaire (and watch the dive boats taking divers to/from); you can see the mountains in Washington Slaagbai Park; you can see cruise ships come in, Naval ships sometimes, and large private yachts owned by billionaires. The Trade winds blow constantly which provide a soothing cooling effect for relaxing any time during the day or evening. I love sitting on my balcony watching the boats go by; feeling the trade winds; checking out the fish, turtles, and eagle rays in the water below. I can sit here for hours being entertained by all of it! Feel the stress just melt away because now you are on vacation in Bonaire.

The condo is very open with high cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and living room with lots of nice natural sunlight inside. There is air conditioning throughout the condo, but if you prefer the trade winds that blow constantly day and night, feel free to turn off the AC and open the windows and doors and let the breeze blow through. We have SCREENS on ALL doors and windows!!! It really does feel nice to have the fresh air and get away from the AC until bedtime. This is one of my favorite things when I arrive to Bonaire - to feel the breeze blowing and the smell of salt water. You know you are at the Ocean now!
The bedroom is pretty and cozy with sun reducing curtains so that you can rest peacefully. We have an end unit for additional privacy but is very close to the dive shop for added convenience.

* Snorkel or dive in front of condo - just grab tanks/gear/snorkels and go (saw barracuda, two large turtles, squid, a school of blue tang, large parrot fish and more!)

*Awesome snorkeling!! Go across channel to the Right (18th Palm) or to the Left toward Windsock (in front of Tae Amo Beach)

    Christine was a great communicator about the property and all we needed to know. Location is PERFECT. I did not want to be in the town with all the people from the cruise ships. This is the perfect location if you get a car to travel to snorkeling/diving sites and the NP. Easy access via car to everywhere. Don’t let airport proximity scare you, it is super convenient and yet you rarely even know it is there. The porch breeze and view are fantastic. Used car rental that Christine arranged, super smooth. Great access to snorkeling right off the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Port Bonaire! Christine was an amazing host and was very quick with responses and gave us a ton of helpful information. The room has everything you need from dishes to cookware and utensils. To save time and money we cooked many of our meals in the apartment and had everything that we needed. The view from the location is absolutely amazing! Also, I snorkeled at many places around the island, but in all honesty, some of the best snorkeling was right in front of Port Bonaire. I was able to go out every early morning and see amazing fish, sea turtles, a great barracuda, eels, even an octopus all right in front of our resort. Just go down the stairs in front of the pool and you have amazing snorkeling in and down the shore. You also can’t beat the walk to the airport and the rental car location. The convenience of this location is gold! We will be staying here again.

    I picked this condo because they have two snorkel locations and a beach right next door. Also, Dive Friends is within feet of the front door. It's a corner unit overlooking the bay. Even with the airport right there, the complex was quite with very limited airport noise. The owner, Christine was very responsive and even sent out a very detailed welcome packet. The owners that live below the unit are very nice and even have 3 tame iguanas that come around for treats. Overall, it was great and we would stay there again.

    Reef’s Edge was the perfect location for me and my daughter to enjoy a SCUBA trip. Safe. Gated. Close to dive shop. Great location for going to town or to go to southern dive sites. Just all around convenient! The view was incredible and the whole stay couldn’t have been better, unless it was longer. I will definitely come back!

    Beautiful ocean views!! Clean pool. Easy snorkeling from the property. Close to town, grocery shopping, excellent food truck nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots or dishes and utensils and spices that made it very nice for cooking in. The fully air conditioned condo is nicely decorated but does show some signs of aging; chipped formica countertop, rust on the dishwasher and lounge chairs on the balcony. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had room darkening curtains. The 2 main complaints were tiny half baths and the front door lock. The unit has 2 half baths across the hall from one another, one has a shower and sink and the other has a toilet and sink. The shower floor has a significant mold and mildew issue in the grout and caulk and the toilet bowl has stains. There is no hot water at either sink making it difficult for shaving or washing your face and hands. There are no working electrical outlets in either bathroom. Lastly the front door lock is aggravating to open; requiring both hands to turn the key while pushing and pulling the door to open. Despite some issues, we would gladly stay there again.

    We loved our stay here. The condo location is perfect, walking distance from the airport, with one of the best views/locations. Had everything you might need and Christine, the owner is very quick to offer help when needed . We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day of Windsurfing in Lac Bay. Very easy to snorkel right from the condo, with the stair entry. This was our second stay at Reefs Edge and would definitely stay here again.
