Great location and the facilities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) were clean and well maintained. Unit provided all expected amenities and met all our needs. Would definitely return.

The hosts communicated everything promptly and efficiently. The amenities were wonderful! We had everything we needed. Very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was as advertised, clean and welcoming. The beach was newly restored after the hurricanes last year and the sand was amazing. Beautiful weather and a lovely week with family. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The kitchen was well stocked; the access to spices was much appreciated. The condo was nicely decorated annd spacious; access to the pool/sand tools and tennis rackets was so welcomed, especially with my grandchildren. Adults loved the hot tub and the grilling area. The view from the condo was amazing and enjoyed by all. We met many nice families in the pool and grill areas; a nice treat for our grandchildren.

Condo was just as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 adults & two 16-year-old teenagers. The condo was well stocked with kitchen & beach items. The beach & amenities were great! Rick was great to work with - very thorough & timely with communications. Everything was wonderful!This was our first time visiting the area & we definitely plan to return.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was very nicely decorated and everything that we needed was provided. Rick communicated all the necessary information and was available for questions if needed. We would definitely enjoy returning for another trip.

Unit was clean, some small normal wear and tear stuff, nothing major that you expect in a rental. Communication was good, check in was easy. Pool area and grounds appear recently updated and in good shape. Overall had a good experience.

We had an amazing stay! Everything you need right in one location beach, pool and family. My kids (2&6) loved the beach toys and waking up to see the ocean from the porch. Rick was a great communicator and host. We mentioned several times that this may just have to be our annual vacation spot.

Wonderful condo! Great location-able to walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops. A lot of room in condo. Beautiful views of the beach. Property grounds/pool were fabulous.

Our family loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Access to the condo was easy and you get a covered parking spot on the ground floor. The setup is fantastic with the pool/hot tub area and pickle ball/tennis court just steps from the beach. Our family used the pickle ball court every day. Beautiful views and great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely go back!Thank you to Rick and Charlotte!

Nice condo with many amenities at the complex. Enjoyed the Pickleball courts and new grills. Landscaping was very nice.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this condo. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and onsite pickleball courts. We found several bars, coffee shops & restaurants within a short walking distance. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Everything you would expect for this location and price point

First of all our hosts Rick & Charlotte were very responsive with questions & communication. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, which is a big one when traveling with adult kids! So nice to be right on the beach. Pool was great and bonus the hot tub! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as it appears in the pictures, and honestly the oceanfront view is even better in person. I love that so much was provided in the condo including sand toys, floats, and even chairs. Rick was very responsive and provided very helpful information including where to see fireworks since we would be visiting during the 4th of July. We love that Indian Rocks Beach provides a little bit of a quieter beach community experience, yet there is still plenty to see/do, and you're not far at all from the busier beach towns if you do seek a little more action. We had a great vacation and would definitely seek to stay in this condo again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous condo. The view is spectacular, the condo is beautiful and I don't believe I've ever stayed anywhere with such a well stocked kitchen. We've been staying at various Reef Club condos for the past 20 years and this was, by far, our favorite. The improvements to the over-all property the past few years are great, as well. We love the new area set up with corn hole, giant Jenga, etc. If you are considering staying at the Reef Club we cannot recommend it and specifically this unit highly enough. Rick and Charlotte are wonderful to work with!

This condo had EVERYTHING! My kids were ecstatic with all the options at beach toys! From the moment you first walk in its breathtaking. The space is absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfy! They had extra everything from pillows and blankets to portable fans. The kitchen was well equipped. It felt like home, we didn't want to leave. We spent many morning and evenings on the balcony watching the ocean and sunsets. Rick and Charlotte were amazing hosts and so informative and quick to respond with any answers we needed. We will definitely be back again!!

Rick and Charlotte's condo was spectacular. The unit is updated and very vibrant throughout and the views are stunning. Rick was very responsive in providing anything and everything he thought we should know an was very professional. I will definitely keep it in mind for a stay in the future.
