Reef Club #302 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Indian Rocks Beach, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Showcasing sweeping views of the Gulf, pool, and tennis courts, the unit features inviting furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. Unwind on the private balcony as you take in unforgettable sunsets, all just steps from the sand.

Perfect for families, the layout includes two bedrooms with king-sized beds and a third bedroom with twin beds.Guests of Reef Club also enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a convenient grilling area.

Kitchen: Stunning white granite countertops, new stainless appliances including large refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Keurig/drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Table with seating for six people.

Living Room: Comfy sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end tables, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door to a private balcony.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, oversized chair, nightstand, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sliding glass door with balcony acess, gulf views, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Beautifully upgraded throughout, with double vanity, large step-in shower and seperate toilet area.

Bedroom #2: King-size bed, nightstand and small dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and gulf views.

Bathroom #2: Upgraded with single vanity, tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3: Two twin sized beds, dresser, small desk and chair, closet, nightstand, dresser, TV and ceiling fan.

Hall Closet: Full size washer & dryer, beach towels, iron and ironing board.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. McGough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball venues.
