Recently updated Spacious 3BR, 2B 1st floor condo with parking &over sized porch

We had a great time. The house was everything we expected - a perfect place for a group of 6. Every convenience was nearby. Would definitely rent again.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and plenty of places to eat. The porch was a great place to relax at night as well.

Great place! Everything went smooth. Very quiet neighborhood, close to food, beach and boardwalk. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We booked this property for a long weekend and it was a great location - especially with children in their teen years. I felt comfortable with them walking to the beach, lunch, boardwalk etc. There was a lot for them to do so it made the stay for us parents enjoyable! The place was clean and a great amount of space for families. Just remember to bring towels and linens. The owner was great and sent us a friendly reminder. We will definately be back!

It was a very relaxing stay at a nice property. Easy communication with the owner. Plenty of room for the six of us. LOVE the porch after a long day at the beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay Labor Day weekend. Check in process was easy, house was perfect for what we needed. Great location…teen children could easily walk to the boardwalk, and Wawa, shops on Asbury were close by, ice cream, pizza.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The listing was very accurately describe and provided everything we could possibly need.The distance to the beach was easily walkable and exiting was a breeze. Parking was great. Communication with the host was simple and consistent.

Wanted to get away for 3-4 days , this place fit the bill! Close to everything. Appeared just as listed.

The location was great other than backing up to Wawa and Piccini. It was tough to cross West Avenue but other than that you would not to move your car the entire time. The owner was very responsive and rectified the issues I had quickly. I think this unit would be great for a short a short stay. It is not set up for eating at the unit or drying clothes, etc that you would want for a longer stay.

The location was perfect! Short 5 min walk to boardwalk, easy off street parking, access to so many restaurants and Wawa close by! Owner was easy to work with and quick to reply!

First, I would like to say that John was extremely communicative and so easy to contact from the moment we booked the stay. The property was great. Perfect for our family with 6 adults and 3 children. Porch was the perfect spot for our night time relaxation. Few things in house could use some updating like the bath mats and comforters, but we are overall so pleased. It was centrally located- could drive or walk to the beach depending on preference. Close to downtown.

Great place and location at an affordable price. Clean, easy to book, would highly recommend.

Loved the open space and lots of light. The front porch was my favorite. Just 5 blocks from beach, board walk, and down town shopping.
