Stayed Sep 7, 2024This unit was great. Very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items which made cooking ao much nicer. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean as well. Though it is not a private pool we were the only ones there the day we used it.This is our families second time renting from Roger and he is great to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the parking lot can get tight. If you have a bigger vehicle it may be better to park in one of the spots out front. All in all a great place to stay.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! The condo was exactly as described; clean, well appointed, and located close to everything we love about Surfside. The beach access is so close! Roger is very responsive and even checked in with us mid week by text to see how things were going. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Surfside!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This is our second stay here! Love that it’s across the street from the beach. Pool is very warm and clean. Condo is clean and has so much space (only had 4 people, but 6 would easily be comfortable too). Everything was great, look forward to next year!
