Recently Remodeled Unit with Great Ocean Views!! 762 Sq Ft

Great location. Only took a couple minutes to be in the water. Clean and organized and fully furnished.

Perfect condo! Clean & comfortable. Located in A-it has a smaller pool area. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the balcony & can hear it when you are sleeping. So lovely! There may be noise from upstairs neighbors but that is to be expected. Also, some people are bothered by the train noise that comes through. Not a big deal to us. Pretty close to the pool and bbq area. We found both hard to use since there were so many people using both. At one point we were in the hot tub with another guest and -17 other people all from the same family came into the hot tub with us! First they sent their little ones in there unsupervised and then the rest showed up. Staying at NCV you will sometimes have to deal with crowded areas and people letting their kids roam around by themselves. The day we arrived there were teenagers who got into a fist fight and were screaming profanities across the complex. I never once saw security in Building A so I am not sure if the other buildings are better. It would be nice if the list of amenities & kitchen items was updated since the listing says there were no boogie boards or sand toys we ended up lugging a bunch of stuff from Colorado that we didn’t need which was a pain fyi- there’s a couple boogie boards, sand toys, tons of board games, DVDs and beach games, chairs and even fishing rods that are in the condo for you to use. Overall, beautiful and conveniently located place to stay. P.S.- bring your own coffee filters!

We really enjoyed ourselves here, close to the beach, clean and up to date, would definitely stay again. The only issue was the laundry, absolutely terrible the way it is set up, you have to purchase a credit card from the machine which is about 8 and then you still have to load it with the money for the machines. It is a total ripoff and to make it even worse there's absolutely no instructions explaining how to do it, my wife bought 4 cards thinking they were defective. We happened to meet a cleaning lady who explained how it worked, but still a ripoff. But, that experience still had little impact on the rest of our stay, we would still definitely stay there again!

We had a relaxing girls weekend in Oceanside and this property was perfect.

I had a comfortable, quiet place to rest and pull myself together. After my wife's discharge we could finally enjoy every remaining minute of our stay. All of our needs were met and the remodel was perfection. Being in this environment I know helped my wife's recovery. Thank you for your very understanding communication with us. We'll be back!

Vertical blinds had missing slats and the remaining slats were mis-alligned. There was an uncovered 8-inch gap in the living room and enough slats missing in the bedroom that the room was lit as soon as the sky outside. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the windows did not block unwanted light and offered no privacy. It was rough trying to sleep in a well lit room. Would not recommend.
