Very few condos at Cabo San Lucas are at this perfect location right at the ocean edge overlooking the sandy beach and Pacific ocean. From your patio you can watch the sunrise and sunset each day. You are so close, there is no need for binoculars to see the whales. We have completely renovated this condo and it is a spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that is highly sought after for rental dates. We have our nightly rate very affordable and hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do when we stay.

If you look closely through this listing, you will see my calendar has this condo regularly booked every year. My name is Walt Lane. My wife and I work hard to have our condo in excellent condition by coming down to Cabo at least 4 times per year to personally make sure everything is fixed and fully stocked. People who rent from us the first time will ask to stay again each visit to Cabo because they know we take care of our place with no surprises.

I am the VP of Terrasol board of directors, and I have helped people who sometimes get into a condo that wasn’t well cared for, and it is sad for me to see their trip ruined by a careless condo owner. This condo has all new appliances, faucets, lighting, furniture, and granite throughout the condo. It was entirely renovated just a year ago. A big plus is that we stock this condo with just about everything you need plus we buy high quality bedding, appliances, dinnerware, cookware, etc.

I have 3 condos available for rent from one of the very few condominium complexes that allow full ownership and are not timeshare. Terrasol is a beautiful and secluded area considered very quiet and relaxing. My wife and I have been coming to Cabo for many years and through our time at Cabo we have discovered great restaurants, best priced car rental, scuba shops, dinner cruises, and other resources and activities. There is a FAQ I have built which I can email you upon request. It provides some additional insight on what may be a good ideas and a way to avoid challenges or unnecessary costs to your vacation.

Terrasol includes a WONDERFUL Palapa restaurant and bar that has a swim-up bar adjoined by a swimming pool. There is also a fountain wading pool, and a large lap pool that looks out to the ocean edge. Some guests have fished right off the beach at Terrasol and frequently have success. Bring the fish to the Palapa bar and they will clean and cook it for you. Terrasol is gated and secure and at a prime location on the beach facing the Pacific Ocean. The exchange rate for pesos to dollars is VERY favorable and will give you quite a bargain for most all your activities.

CABO IS SAFE: Terrasol in particular is very safe. Gated only to keep solicitors our really. Ask yourself if your city that you live in is safer than Cabo. Likely Cabo is much safer that most United States cities.

Many people stay at hotels and time share condos. The hotels are not near the marina or Lover’s Beach and most of the shops. The arch and Neptune’s Point is the most beautiful and significant area of Cabo San Lucas. This area extends from where the marina is located and will require a cab ride or very long walk to get to the marina if you are staying at the hotels. Most people are likely unaware that Terrasol exists at an optimum location on the beach facing the Pacific ocean where you can see and hear the magnificent waves crash on the shoreline from my Terrasol condos.

SMART IDEA: Pull up an online map and zoom in to Terrasol Cabo San Lucas. It will give you a nice perspective of where we are located.

Each of my listings are on VRBO and contain details of the amenities at Terrasol and in my condos. We receive 5 star reviews and I’m easy to reach and will respond quickly for you.

REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FEES:
Similar to most owned condos at Cabo, Terrasol has a nightly fee that you pay directly to the front desk which is $19.50 per night for 2 people, For every additional 2 people you add $5. This is not charged 'per person' but as a whole amount. Example 2 people will have $19.50 per night to pay total.
Terrasol also has a one-time cleaning fee of $40. All of these fees are paid by you at the front desk when you arrive.
I do have a $200 fully refundable damage deposit which I receive directly from you which can be paid by check or Venmo.

After you make your reservation, I will contact you directly and go over all of this and I will send you an esign receipt which is the same doc that VRBO will send to you after you make your reservation. My receipt to you is your assurance that you have paid me this money.

    Amazing condo that is perhaps even better than advertised. View is incredible. Feels like you are away from it all but you are a short walk to everything. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and makes sure the place is perfect. If you can stay here you should.

    The facility is private, and we found this very attractive. Access to the beach was wonderful. The people working there were very accommodating. This may become an annual vacation event for us.

    In addition to the great location, this is a direct beachfront unit. I've stayed in resorts throughout Cabo over the years. While the exterior is a bit dated, the interior is newly renovated and compares favorably to the best resorts in the area.

    Beautiful place. 3 bedrooms make this a perfect family getaway. Condo was well stocked with outdoor items (cooler, pool floats) we spent all day at the pool. Location is right in the beach and a short walk to marina for restaurants and nightlife. Walt was helpful every step of the way.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded 3 bedroom condo that the Lane family offers on VRBO. We had all of the modern amenities of home. Being on the beach is a must while in paradise… No disappointments here!

    First, let me tell you about the condo. The location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful sunset. The condo has everything you need. All the kitchen utensils, towels, pool toys, a huge TV, anything you can think of necessary, it's there. The bathrooms are all clean with cool lighting, each room has AC. Downtown is very close, we could walk to the restaurants and stores. Also, the owner Walt is very responsive, thoughtful (the condo will show you how thoughtful he is), meticulous person. The information he gave us before the trip was very helpful. It was a loooooooooong email, but if you carefully read it, it has all the tips at the airport, year round weather info, taxi/uber info.... If you wanna know something, it will be in his email or the folder he has at the condo. Thanks for Walt, We had a great time in Cabo, and we will definitely come back!!!
