The room was good (showing its age a bit), the views were excellent and the proximity to all of the fun things that Key West has to offer was fantastic. Overall the staff seemed like they were “over it”. Not all that friendly and welcoming but “ok”. The exception was the staff at the Sunset Tiki Bar, who were awesome! A concierge reached out before the trip and helped us with an electric car rental. Other attempts to contact that person resulted in no returned calls. You might save time by booking things yourself. We would book here again.
