Rare Find w/ 2 AC! Newly renovated condo #128, ground flr, 3-4 min walk to beach

This is a great ground floor property near the back of the complex. It was a few minutes walk on the nice short grass to get to the beach. It is also a short walk to cross the street and get to restaurants, shopping, and coffee. Parking was easy and close. The keycode door entry makes going to the beach easy as well. The AC worked great and made it easy to sleep at night (we stayed in June). Everything else inside the unit worked well, providing a comfortable stay. Finally, the host was a great communicator and made us feel especially welcome. All around, a great experience for my group of 3 (2 in bedroom, teenaged daughter on the pull-out sofabed)!

This unit was just perfect and it even had a little glimpse of the ocean. I loved that it was at ground level with a large green space out the back in front of the patio. We enjoyed having the chairs to take with us when we went to the beach. The decorating was first class!

Very clean and wonderful location. Very short walk to the beach as well as shops and restaraunts. The pool access was great as well!

Beautiful condo! We have stayed at Kiahuna Plantation a few times and we love the location. Close to everything. Condo was very nicely updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Host was very responsive and we'd love to stay here again next time we are in Kauai.

The unit was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plus some fun beach boards to enjoy. I rented this for my parents, and they absolutely loved it.It being a bottom unit was perfect for them, especially for older guests, as it made access very easy. The owner went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful welcome note for my parents, which meant so much to them and made the stay feel extra special.There’s also a large grassy area right off the back patio, which was a really nice bonus. And the AC was a huge plus especially since not all units have it, and it can get quite humid and hot outside.

Great Host, beautiful location and fantastic condo!

The condo was clean, quiet, accessible to ocean and walking paths, well stocked, and safe! The host responded within a respectful time and the outrigger staff was very helpful.

Kiahuna Resort is special. First, it's set on one of the most beautiful and easily enjoyable ocean beaches in the world. Second, the expansive grounds are lovely and very well maintained. There's probably not a bad unit in this resort - I've stayed in 4 over the last 42 years - so it probably comes down to price point, communication with owner, and standard of furnishings and decor. We have no complaints from this stay!

Communication excellent as always. Nice updated furniture. Firm--but high-mattress. The rug could use replacing as it pills badly. Much better parking available with this unit and easier walk to Little Fish and athletic ckub.

Clean and comfortable. Condo equipped with everything you need for trip to beach, chairs, umbrella and cooler.Unit has air conditioner, which is a plus.

Beautiful area to stay. The check-in went smoothly. The condo was as advertised: updated, immaculate, & comfortable. Best of all, for check-out, there was no need to take out trash, do the dishes, etc. The cleaners will do it. Now that's a vacation.

Nice one bedroom. Very functional. Two smaller drawbacks is that the pullout couch for the kids wasn’t particularly comfortable. Further if you want to be right next to the beach, this is not for you. The beach hut hours are till 6p only winners to assure timely towel drop off (or you’re charged 25 per towel)

Excellent location, close to beach, pool, next to shady lawn & BBQ. Perfect vacation.

The condo is outstanding. It is bright, open, and feels much bigger than it actually is. The view of the ocean is small, but actually really nice to have. We have stayed in other condo units in the complex and visited many others. This is by far one of the nicest. We hope to return.

the condo was great for our stay in kauai. it was close to alot of things, yet far enough away to feel secluded. the grounds are immaculate, and the check-in process was very easy. the added perk of athletic club access is much appreciated. we would not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future! mahalo!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect, the grounds were beautiful, and communication was a breeze! Being able to walk a short distance to the beach and watch the sunsets was a bonus! Loved it!!

Great location with a view to the water and the bbq located steps from the lanai. This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and comfortable with beach equipment included. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Loved our stay in southern Lihue at Deena’s condo. Very well designed unit in a great location. Close to many attractions and retail shops. Better value than nearby high-end hotels. Deena was great to work with and communicated well thru the whole process. Would definitely stay here again.
