Stayed Jul 12, 2025We were 1st timers coming to Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks. We found this location about an 1hr 20min away and it was perfect. The location to Pikes Peak, Gardens of the Gods and everything else was centrally located (1hr from locations, due to traffic). The room was clean and the owner was great at communicating. We will be back to finish some hikes and will stay here again!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024This place is off in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the essentials! It was even close enough for us to be away from the Air Force base but also close enough for us to get our son back quick enough if he got called back. Thank good he didn’t and We got to spend the time we could with him inbetween Air Force duties. Michael responds very quickly and I would def recommend and stay here again..

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Cute little apt style living. Has a mini fridge, microwave, washer/dryer. Well kept, nice area. Ty and Michael were amazing and responded quickly when my teenage daughter locked all keys in the running car. Would stay here again :)

Stayed Jul 15, 2022This place is very cute and decorated nicely. It was easy to communicate with the property manager and for the most part was very quiet. We misunderstood “air conditioning” and thought it meant central air but for the most part the wall one kept up. Especially with the fans in the bedrooms. The bathroom was beautiful and updated. I would stay here again.
