Rainey Street high-rise condo w/city-view balcony, rooftop pool, gym - Brand new

Very convenient to Rainey Street, short walk.

Everything about the building in the property for grade. The only problem was the street noise, highway noise, construction was very loud. But there’s nothing that the building could’ve done about that. I would just choose a different side of the building next time.

Super clean and convenient spot. I’ll definitely be back on the next trip to Austin!

All amenities included, splendid bedding, great amenities with rooftop terrace and pool! Great cocktail place!

We had such a great time staying at this unit. We loved the coffee shop on the lower level and morning walks along Lady Bird Lake trails. The pool has gorgeous views and lots of fun people there when we visited.

Our stay at Natiivo Austin was amazing. The views from our condo and the rooftop pool were absolutely stunning. It is within walking distance of nearly all of Austin’s main attractions. The walking trail that is near by is an amazing scenic trip around Austin with beautiful views of the city and Colorado river.

You can pay 300-500 for a small box at a nearby hotel, or you can have an apartment with separate bedroom, two large tv’s, full kitchen for about half the price. But please, keep booking those hotels! Means more room for me here.

Rooftop pool is spectacular.

Reported the first night that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working by the second night , still had not got a working Wi-Fi password. We were unable to use our devices unable to use the television, someone at the front desk gave us a resident Wi-Fi that finally started working - never heard back from renting manager. Bathroom sink wasn’t working properly took over 14 hours to get a simple resolution. We were brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. Text said they were trying to get someone out - Complained to Ryan at the front desk , he had it addressed in 15 mins. Never heard back on the texts sent Check out was at 10 AM was told initially a late check out was available and then was told it was no longer available-We were ready to check out at 10 AM but due to the elevators-one broken and the others full of People trying leave at the same time , wasn’t even able to leave the building until 11 AM. After an hour of waiting on the elevator, we decided to take the stairs and did 18 flights of stairs with our kids. Spent over an hour waiting for an elevator.. and another 30 on the valet - So if you have a flight to catch, you’re gonna miss it. Pool had beer cans and trash all around it and in the pool it’s self - every table and couch covered in trash. Will never stay here again will never recommend. Only good thing was Ryan at the front desk , who just kept saying he was sorry.

The roof top pool was amazing. The bed was super comfy. We loved being walking distance to Rainey street.

Very good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Extremely clean place and building. Nice to be walking distance from Rainey street. Uber had no problem picking us up. 20 min from airport. Checking I took a while because they are setting up the Kiosk. I’m sure once that is up and running, the check I. Process should be lightening fast. Highly recommend this place :)
