Great location. Perfect spot for my family. We really enjoyed the stay. The physical key situation was new to us but the owners made it easy. We would stay here again for sure.

The location is great and the views from the balcony are spectacular. Condo has plenty of space and is well maintained.

Great first floor location - no waiting for elevators! Carts available for easy transport of your luggage and groceries. Easy access to walkable beach. A lot of amazing seashells after a storm. Restaurants within walking distance with host giving great recommendations. Pickleball courts on site. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was perfect for sunsets!

Rob was great to work with and his communication was excellent. Condo is in a top tier location. We will be back.

This was one of the best trips our family has had. Our accommodations were everything we needed, plus: we had a uninhibited view of the ocean and beach; it took only a couple minutes to reach the beach; it took less than a minute to walk out to the parking lot to our car or to start on a walk. The condo had everything. It is attractively decorated and furnished. The kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The pool was great. We also enjoyed the beautiful lanai…where we ate breakfast every morning. Our host was communicative and well-organized. It really is quiet and peaceful here, and it really is a paradise.

Place was great and right on the beach.

Right next to the ocean and restaurants. Many activities to do around the area. Clean, well organized, great layout. Beautiful balcony with sunset.

Absolutely loved this condo, the view of the ocean and sunsets was perfect. Rob was beyond helpful from the minute we booked our trip. He was quick to respond and super helpful with any question I had. Rob sent us a welcome package before our trip. It contained everything we needed to know and suggestions for restaurants and activities. The condo was equipped with everything we could need. Decorated beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. We loved the pool area and how close it was to the beach. We had a great vacation and can’t wait to return

You cannot get closer to the beach than this! We traveled with two individuals with mobility issues and every aspect was perfect for them. Super clean, easy check in and prompt communication! Everything you would need to take to the beach was provided. Would LOVE to rent again in the future!

First time staying in Marco. We were very happy with the condo and the area. Clean, calm water. Nice beach. Despite the high-rise lined beach, it’s very peaceful and quiet. I liked being on the first floor, not having to use the elevators, just walk out to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. From the main shower you can see the ocean! Very cool. We will definitely come back.

Rob was an awesome host. Readily available with info about local dining choices and things to do.

Lovely Condo!

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront condo on Marco Island! The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is located on the first floor which made it easy to access without using an elevator. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No need to bring beach gear or towels.Rob, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive and made the whole rental process smooth and hassle-free. You can tell he takes pride in his property, and it really shows in the quality of the condo.I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay soon!

We spent the week of Christmas in Marco Island. This was a wonderful property in an ideal location. Super easy to check in and out. We will be back!!

Not enough nice things to say about this property. Location was perfect, right next to the beach for great walks but easy to get to the grocery or restaurants. Unit was fully stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, and bathroom needs. Would stay here 10/10 times!

The host was great to work with on this condo. This was my first visit to Marco island, and I hope to return. I highly recommend Sea Winds #105 !❤️🏖️😎
