Quiet, Waterfront Top Floor Unit-Close to Beach & Dining, Screened In Balcony, Pool & Docks

This was the nicest condo I have stayed in at Madiera Beach. The property management were very good at communicating with me and gave all the pertinent information I needed re:accessing unit, parking information and what was needed re: tenant rules. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. I would come back again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay !

We enjoyed the view from our condo with the water from the porch. Unfortunately though we had no hot water in our shower the first day . The workman that came stated that the shower handle needed to be replaced to work better . Also the bed mattress need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable. Also the internet had to be restarted after we got there . The workman that came both days were very nice and knowledgeable .

Our stay at 315-G was everything we dreamed of! The location was perfect... On the water with a fishing dock right outside, right across from the pool, a nice park right across the street, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family spent a lot of time in all of these places. If you're into fishing, this is the spot. My kids caught one after another while we sat on the screened patio just above them. The area has lots of restaurants, shops, and mini golf within walking distance. We took the trolley many times to areas a little farther away, which was a great, cheap option! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable. My daughter loved the little room with the murphy bed! Beds were comfortable and there plenty of space for our things. All appliances worked great, including the washer and dryer. There isn't anything I can think of that the condo was missing. Publix and Walmart are both a short drive away for groceries. The ITrip team were excellent hosts. They responded quickly when we had a couple questions (no problems). Upon arriving home we realized we left a special kids blankie behind and they personally went to the condo to find it and promptly mailed it to us. They saved the day! We could not be happier with our stay and recommend ITrip and this condo to anyone looking to travel to Madeira Beach!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful spring break stay! My girlfriend and I traveled with her granddaughter and her friend, and this condo was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was convenient and easy to get to, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive. It was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could possibly need, making it simple to prepare meals and spend time together. Everything about our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Sofa needs an upgrade. Dryer needs to be replaced. Beds were comfy great location. Nice unit

Condo was wonderful. 2 beautiful bedrooms, nice dining room and equipped kitchen. Porch was great for coffee in morning and drinks in afternoon. Location on water, 2 blocks to beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Only caveat is sofa and love seat need to be upgraded.

Love this area and very safe with gate entrance. Close to stores and beach. We will be back!!

Unit is as described, clean and updated and larger than I expected. Easy walk to beach. All amenities available. Would definitely return and rent again!

Great unit with all the facilities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy check in and very responsive to questions. Location is ideal. 5 min walk to beach. Grocery, restaurants and shopping nearby.
