Quiet Village Monache Retreat | Balcony Views, Fireplace, Walk to Gondola

The Westin is conveniently located in the village. So close to the village gondola and food options! The property was clean, modern and very comfortable! I would stay there again!

The condo was very clean, modern, and well appointed. We stayed in May and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the place. Great view and balcony. We would not hesitate to stay again. The kitchen was adequate for small simple meals.

She was the best. Warm and very responsive. The pace was clean and well maintained. It had a good view of the mountains and very close to the village. You do not need your car till you are leaving.

We always enjoy our time in Mammoth, and this time was no different! This unit at the Monache is perfect: well-appointed, convenient, lovely host, and easy check-in/out instructions. I can highly recommend a stay via Adventure Refined!

Overall everything was really nice with excellent communication regarding entry, parking, & amenities.

Being a privately managed condo within the hotel, we were second class in that we were not entitled to any hotel amenities we were interested in. I was ok with the 4pm check-in time because I planned to ski until then. However I wasn’t permitted to use the hotel’s Bell Service as a “non-guest”. What do I do with all my stuff? I asked and host didn’t have an option. No room service either as a “non-guest”. Didn’t think to try food delivery, that might solve this. No uber rides in Mammoth but could be different for food delivery. Room was fine. No bedding provided for the sofa bed. Weston is a 2..75 (not quite a 3 star) hotel. Needs more elevators. Long line to get to gondola to go up to the ski area and to get back down at the end of the day. Can’t ski down to the hotel, have to take gondola each way.

Overall, the condo was nice. I do recommend replacing the couch as rhe cushions show a good deal of wear. Also, the pillows weren't comfortable and it would have been nice to have had others.

Just as pictured, plus a nice view of the mountains. Many of the local restaurants were closed for Fall Break the end of Oct-first week of November, but the Hotel restaurant served us well, and obviously very convenient.

WONDERFUL STAY! Everything was perfect! We stay at many VRBO’s, hotels and resorts and this was one of our favorite experiences. All the little touches were thought of, and the check-in/out instructions and information were exceptional. Also, communication was first rate, and there was great effort to reach out early and anticipate our needs. Thank you so much Mary Beth. We are already looking at booking again for next year.

We had a fantastic stay! I am thoroughly impressed with this rental-- we had great communications with the owner, the rental was in beautiful and clean condition, the location was perfect and I can't tell you how much I appreciated the beach wagon that was provided in the unit so that we could make one trip to the car and get all of our belongings at once. That was the cherry on top! Highly recommend for singles or couples.

The condo was perfect for what I needed! Clean, bright, functional and comfortable with gorgeous views as an added bonus. Any questions I had were met with an immediate response via text. Great location. Quick walk to the village across the street. Phenomenal views no matter where you are in the condo. I really enjoyed sitting with a cup of coffee, from the Nespresso machine, and watching the Sun move across the mountains each morning.

We had an excellent stay over Spring Break with the kids. The unit was exactly as described and the pics were spot on. The King bed was firm (just my style!), and the pull out sofa bed was perfect for the kids. We cooked dinner in the kitchen for 4 nights, and had mostly everything we needed. We could have used a spaghetti strainer, but made it work. The dishwasher worked better than ours at home (lol), but was a tad loud. The heat and gas fireplace worked perfectly, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen was instant. The access to the Gondola for skiing was super convenient, and the hotel was helpful if we had any questions. Overall, a great stay, and we would stay again for sure!.

Our stay at the Monache 1 Bedroom was an amazing stay. Communication was excellent with fast responses. The check in process was simple. The place is very clean and very comfortable including the bed. The view was amazing from the windows and balcony. They added simple touches that have been lost by most owners.....Super clear directions and simple check in, a small welcome gift, delicious Nespresso Coffee with pods, kitchen had all amenities, and the place was warm when we checked in.Walking distance to village and village gondola, delicious Starbucks drip coffee in the lobby and a great bar and food in the lobby as well.Thank you,Ray

Went to ski for a couple of days. Unit was terrific, clean, private, convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The view is gorgeous! Perfect view of the mountains. It was extremely clean, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is also very nice and the hotel staff is friendly.The hotel will not let you use their bellboy carts, but the owner provided a cart in the closet to use. I highly recommend getting that before unpacking as it is quite a trek from the parking spots to the unit. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is clean, comfy and beautiful. Enough space for our family and loved the convenience of having kitchen amenities. Plus the quick walk to the village and to parking. Great communication and attentive. Would love to stay here again.

We recently stayed at this condo and it was absolutely fabulous! We got upgraded to their newly acquired penthouse suite, and loved the full kitchen and extra space. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the local attractions and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and spacious. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals a breeze. The three balconies offered stunning views of the mountain views in three different directions and we enjoyed relaxing on the balconies with the nice weather we had. The beds were comfortable, the Westin Heavenly bed is amazing and we all got great sleep. The pool and gym facilities we didn't use, but they looked amazing. When we had a quick question about the internet, we got a quick response by text. Check in, check out and parking was explained in detail and was easy to understand. Look forward to more vacations in any of their properties in Mammoth.
