Stayed Oct 16, 2025The place was very clean, charming and conveniently located. Charles Town and Harper's Ferry have a lot to offer. The updated kitchen could use more supplies, (only 2 spoons to name one issue we had). It is advertised as quiet but not really quiet at night on the weekend we were there. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to a friend.

Stayed May 25, 2024For my annual MC excursion with my brothers, this worked out great. We could park our bikes nearby (free on the weekend) and cool off in the brewery or walk to a few restaurants. Manager/host is very responsive.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022To start with the positives. Such a cool town and great location. After a long drive with children, being able to drop our stuff off and have a bite and a beer at the brewery below was awesome. For that alone we’d stay again! The place was well stocked, which was a definite plus. There could be improvements on the place. For one, the listing says the bed is a queen. It’s not, it’s a double. My husband is a pretty big guy, so we were cramped. The nightstand had a broken drawer and the dresser was missing handles. As I said before, we’d stay again here and overall enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We had a very good experience staying here. However, I feel the owner should upgrade his pots and pans, get a toaster, as part of staying in a VRBO is the ability to cook. We did, but it could use some upgrades in that area.

Stayed Jul 8, 2022Sisters, daughters, nieces having a blast in Charlestown and Harpers Ferry for a long weekend. Property was great! Close to unique local shopping, the Hollywood Casino and a short drive to Harpers Ferry. Loved it!

Stayed May 27, 2022We came for the weekend to attend a wedding in Virginia and a day in D.C. The location is perfect for proximity to fast food, gas stations, drug stores, as well as within an hour of both places we wanted to visit. It was a great stay! One note- the apartment does not have central air so there are units in all the rooms. We were fine but it did get hot at night so be prepared! We loved it! We would stay again.
