Stayed Dec 31, 1969Grayhawk is a great neighbourhood in north scottsdale and venu checks all the right boxes. Venu is a very engaging community. The condo is conveniently located closer to the pool. Spacious and is tastefully furnished. Colleen and Paul have been great owners to deal with and have been very responsive, to everything we have requested for. Will stay again there, if available.

Stayed Jan 1, 2018My wife and I thought the unit we rented was as advertised. Everything needed to live in the unit was included. The community dinners were outstanding-not to miss. We very much enjoyed them. Our only complaint was there was not enough open parking. We could not invite friends, children or grand children over as there was no place for them to park. We were able to rent an extra space which was fine for us but not enough to entertain which limited our enjoyment The owners were great-responded immediately to a couple or minor issues. Also, the owners employ a local person to handle any immediate problems. That was very reassuring.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit is exactly as pictured. The complex is a short walk from the grocery store and dining, and the A/C works great! The balcony has a nice view of the pool but is still quite private despite being in a large complex. This unit was fully stocked with day to day items, right down to cotton balls and swabs in the bathroom. A great option for couples as the bedrooms are separated by the living space.

Stayed Oct 11, 2017We really enjoyed this unit. Clean, well stocked with kitchen items. Quality of linens, towels and cookware is great. Huge tv was perfect for sports. Complex was very nice. Pool area was beautiful and so convenient.

Stayed Sep 30, 2017My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything we needed was right there at this unit, and the pool located only a few steps outside the front door was a dream. This would be a great spot for two couples to get away, as both bedrooms offer king size beds and private baths. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip to this spot!

Stayed Sep 23, 2017Very nice property, with great location for pool. It didn't have an iron or ironing board so I called the owner. Within 1 1/2 hrs. I had BOTH. The A/C stopped working, again called JUDI and she had it taken care of in a short time.They were very responsive to all my questions. I would stay there again when in the area. The only other thing is the parking is about 50 yards from apt. The apt. is on the 2nd floor.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Two of us couples visited the condo to get a week of golf in. The description of the condo is exactly as advertised! We loved that the pool was within steps from our condo and the balcony was still very private. The furniture is high quality and brand new. The two king beds were very nice as two of us couples stayed there. We also enjoyed the large 65 inch TV in the family room. The condo was nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Wifi was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked. Quality towels and linens were provided. We really enjoyed the location and neighborhood in upscale North Scottsdale. The Venu community is well maintained and has all the resort type amenities anyone would ever need (pools, hot tubs, club houses, workout facilities, chef, gate access, etc). There are several walking paths within the beautiful Grayhawk community. We enjoyed playing golf at the Grayhawk golf course just a couple minutes away. The owners were extremely helpful and called more than once to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back to this condo. Thanks Paul and Colleen!
