Quiet Piece of Paradise with Gulf in Front & Bay in Back!

Great southern exposure patio for January with view of the beach and morning meet and greet with other guests. Fantastic pool.

Unit is clean and well furnished. Switches are labeled which is super helpful, comfy home!

Very welcoming host who was very responsive with any questions I had. The condo was clean and so close to several restaurants beaches and parks but the road is fairly quite considering. I will be returning next trip to Florida 100%!

Everything was great except 6 days should really have at least extra 5 toilet paper. I bought a cheap 4 pack for 94 cents and think that could be supplied. Just sayingTons of things within walking distance and short drives-great location!

Stanley is a fantastic host. Everything in the condo is labeled! It’s so easy and convenient to figure out what switch works what because there’s a lot.. he’s got the place decked out. The location is perfect for the pool which is right there or the beach right across the street. It’s also the perfect location for the restaurants and bars right down the road. Very much within walking distance.The property sits right on the intercoastal Lemon Bay. You get a great sunrise out on the dock in the morning. My wife and I enjoy ourselves very much it’s the perfect size for a couple.

The property was nice. A suggestion for less tech savvy people: Detailed instructions for both TVs. And we did notice an odor as soon as we walked in, it was a stale, dirty smell like maybe the a/c filter needs changed and maybe changed more frequently. But otherwise the unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very seamless. Communication with the host was very prompt as well.

This was an awesome place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the whole condo is well stocked. One block walk to the beach. It is not child proof. Which it doesn't have to be. Community pool was very refreshing. I will sharing on the Venice Shark Tooth FB page. Stanley has thought of everything and is very prompt with a text or a call. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what the condo is like and very relaxing.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The gulf was right across the street. Host was very accommodating and replied in a timely manner. Will be our go to place when we come over here from the East Coast of Florida. Highly recommended

We've never stayed in a nicer beach rental than this one. This condo is simply immaculate! Stanley thought of everything to make our visit one of our most enjoyable ever. It was like walking into a model home - everything is brand new, nicely furnished, and high tech. Brand new docks right there on Lemon Bay, and beautiful clear blue water at the beach just across the street. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, and grocery stores minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will book this nice condo again!

This property was wonderful for a solo traveler. Walking distance to the beach and beachfront dining. The pool was a welcome place to chill. The condo is beautifully detailed. I had a very relaxing visit to my hometown, to visit family and friends.

Quiet and clean.

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and the beach. I hope to stay here again. The location was perfect for visiting my parents who live in Venice. Thank you Stanley for a great stay!

We enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to everything! Our friends stayed in another unit on the property we have a very bless time.

The apartment was truly great; it is right across the street from the beach and has a pool. The apartment was very comfortable, with many cool features such as a mood light, Alexa, an oven with WiFi (although we didn't use it), an electric fireplace, a heated toilet seat, and many more. Our favorite was the powered bed with a very comfortable mattress! There was a huge balcony with a set of furniture for outdoor seating. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes away by foot from a few pubs and restaurants. All in all, we had a great experience and have already booked our next stay.

WOW !! This condo will spoil you the minute you walk in !! Full Alexa capabilities abound and the massive tv’s are incredible…not that you will watch them much because you are across the street from the beautiful gulf beach !! The bathroom was as high end as you can get from the heated seat to many other functions !! The pool at the unit was quite nice as well!!

Recently remodeled. Great use of space and very modern conveniences. It really worked for us having the beach, pool and Sand Bar restaurant so close by. Also got to use the docks for fishing. Floors needed sweeping upon arrival, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather turned foul about 3 days into our 8 day stay so we left early. The manager comped us a couple days, so hopefully we'll get to return!

More extras than I can list. I can't think of anything that wasn't there. More luxuries than I have at home. It was so peaceful, the weather was great and the shells were amazing. Thanks to Stanley for allowing me to stay in this great place!
