Quiet North beach condo, Unit 206B

Relaxing location. Great views of dolphins! Quiet beach.

Stay somewhere else. The location can't be beat, but this condo needs a deep cleaning and updated furniture.

Condo was amazing. Awesome location. Right on the beach with two pools to choose from if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. I would suggest one thing. Leave more than one trash bag and maybe a couple of extra towels. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing. We will be back.

Location was close to everything and seen dolphins from balcony everyday

Quiet property on the far north end of the island. The bunk bed is not ideal for small children as there is not a ladder to access the top bunk but they do have a pull out couch that I don't remember seeing as a listed amenity that worked out perfectly for us. Beach access is very convenient, literally right outside the entrance to the building. The beach here isn't for everyone, it is actually more on the river than the ocean. I actually think some people would prefer this over the regular beach. If more traditional beach experience is desired, the North Beach parking lot is only about a 5 minute drive away (absolutely walkable distance). Overall we enjoyed out stay here.

It was great except have no tv the whole time of our stay an ask me to stay in another room with no view I paid for the view

The room was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the area but since the pool closes at 9 pm we were a bit disappointed that we didn't have an option to watch movies or play games with no wifi in the room. Traveling with 2 pre-teens/teens we would have booked a different room had we known.

Very clean and easy access to the beach also very quiet

We were fortunate enough to have paper towels, dish soap bath paper, bath starter set. The stay was very nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the location.

Cute and clean with excellent views! Ask for the wifi password ahead of time, it wasn't given to us when we arrived. We didn't need it, but most guests would!
