Quiet, Great View of the Marsh, Free Wi-Fi!

Quiet neighborhood. Very close to Sea Palms golf course. Relaxing environment.

Hated the entrance . That needs work . I looved the Pier & the nature walks . The outside of roppom needed. Pressure washed . The furniture wasnt clean . So we didnt have coffee outside . Inside . Blinds needed cleaning and microwave . The bed was comfortable . Thanks .

We had a really great time! The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the wildlife of the marsh! Lots of Birds! We enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood as well! The condo is close to everything great eats and shopping ! We will come back !

This home was just what was needed for my husbands visit for his friends memorial service. Everything was clean and everything he needed was on hand.

A friend and I were in the area for golf and stayed here. The condo is a great location in Sea Palms. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the check in process was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at the property through the month of February 2024. The weather was on the cool side - 60ish. The condo was comfortable with two of us. The kitchen was on the small side and short on some of the basic tools. (For example, there was a toaster oven taking a lot of space but no toaster, no tongs, dull knives, and that sort of thing) The unit was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. The master bedroom did not have windows so was dark. We enjoy fresh air and none of the windows could be opened. It is very quiet and peaceful which was enjoyable after a day out on a busy island. There is not a screened area outside and the no-see-um bugs could be annoying when sitting on the deck in the evening. Overall the unit is older but adequate. We hoped to golf quite a bit but the two public courses on the island have green fees of $140-150 so that slowed us down. If you drive off the island you can find less expensive golf. Barry is great to work with. He responds quickly and tries to help with any requests.

We loved the view of the marsh off the backside of the condo and the wraparound porch. It was just the right size for our group of 3 adults and dog. The condo was fitted with everything we needed including soft blankets!

we stayed for four nights for the Georgia Florida game. It was just right. Very spacious. Beautiful view of the marsh. Very well kept community.

Sea Palms Resort is very SSI. The vacation home was just right for me, my wife and two adult daughters preparing for the GA v FL game in Jacksonville. The property exceeded expectations.
