Quiet Flat. Vibrant Neighborhood! Walk to Pike Place, great restaurants & more.

Owner provided terrific experience from beginning to end! Great location - very walkable. I didn't have a car and didn't need it. Would highly recommend staying here.

Such a cute little place! We stayed for a week and it was honestly a really good location for our stay. We were close to a wide variety of things to do and we were able to easily walk/ ride a bus to many spots. Would recommend for others to stay!

This was the best place to stay in Seattle. Walking around downtown minutes away from Pike’s Market, Space Needle. The space was clean and beautiful. Had some amenities that were impressive. Definitely will book again!

Perfect location! Information in the apartment about the Vrbo and surroundings was very helpful. Great water pressure and temperature. Cozy and comfortable. Quiet. Highly recommend this place. Will return.

Communication was great, the location was very central to everything, the place was clean and they even left snacks! The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud!

The flat was perfect and had everything we needed in a great location around so many things to do. I unfortunately left some laundry in the dryer and the host happily helped me get my clothes back. I’ll be booking again this place again!!

Excellent downtown location close to everything. Well-appointed with full kitchen, dishwasher, evening a washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable with communicative and gracious hosts. Recommend.

Flat is close to everything downtown. Easy to get to. The host clearly have worked hard to make your stay nice. Our only complaint was noise from the floor creaking in the flat above.

Super happy with the place! The listing didn't reveal that that you're just 100 yards from one of the finest jazz music clubs in the country; that there's a 2000 square foot donut and coffee place just a few feet away thats full of warm happy people all day long .. or that there's a monorail running down the block! Coolest place in Seattle - book it !

Really enjoyed this quaint apartment located close to Pike Place! It is extremely clean and has everything you need.

I am very pleased with the unit. The location is excellent, the Pike Place Market, Space Needle, restaurants were all walkable as well as the hotels downtown where my conference was. The place itself was cozy with everything I needed available including french press coffeemaker, ironing board, hair dryer. We even had a welcome gift basket of goodies :-) The place was clean and surprisingly quiet except for occasional car honks and ambulance siren which was understandable given the location. John and Lynn's open line of communication was great. I have been a long time VRBP customer and I will rate my stay here as one of the top places given the location, comfort, interaction with owners, and price too!

Great location, clean & comfortable. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Located in a cool older building, lots of charm. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for walking to the sights. Top Pot next door was a definite bonus. There are stairs if this is an issue. A little noisy, but to be expected if you want to be in the city. Loved it!
