QUIET COMFORT! PL-STVR-2024-000967 200/night July1-31

It was a great space to spend with my mother who has a heart condition that interferes with activity. She could easily relax, have everything she needed on one floor. Unfortunately for us our pool was closed for repairs and the other pool was too far for her to walk to. There was also no place to park the car near the other pool that didn't have a 20 minute time limit. She didn't want me to risk getting towed, or have me drop her off, park at our unit and walk back to her. Because I would have to leave her at the unit, I only went to the pool/spa tub twice for a short period during our 1 week stay. I was also uncomfortable drinking the water from the fridge because the filter needed to be changed. My mother also uses the TV to help her fall asleep and the TV in her bedroom didn't work. We messaged the property owner on the TV and the water filter and we were thanked for providing the information.

We had a great stay here in Waikoloa. Easy check in/out. Quiet complex with beautiful surroundings/gardens. Steps from the pool, which we used a few times - very clean and inviting. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had most things you would need to prepare meals during your stay. We would love to stay here again.

The rental was clean and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything one would need, including cooking basics. They also had everything needed for a day at the beach - towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and more.

Great quiet location, clean and comfortable with everything needed (beach chairs, towels, cooler, well appointed kitchen for cooking and dining, washer/dryer…). We had one operational issue with air conditioner but it was quickly resolved. The owners communicated and responded quickly and were thoughtful and caring in assuring a comfortable stay. Their corner unit felt private and easily accesses the main path to walk the resorts/ocean (Queens market on farther end but accessible for longer walk if desired) We enjoyed the adult pool and spa just a few mins away. Thank you for your hospitality! We would definitely stay again. (5 night stay)

Peaceful complex. Very well stocked condo. Lots of room. Parking was convenient. The only disadvantage was not being able to adjust the air conditioning.

Great condo except for a very minor glitch and one “comfort” concern. The host gave very thorough and complete directions and instructions about the condo. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were even step stools which my wife, a little “shortish”, used to hop into bed. The minor glitch was lack of shower soap and shampoo, which we picked up the next at the nearby market. The comfort issue involved the AC which is set to go no lower than 76. With the higher humidity the condo felt a little uncomfortable, especially upstairs and at night. Got by with ceiling and portable fans, and maybe it was because we are all from the SF Bay Area which is more temperate and drier?

Very comfortable, exactly as pictured. Convenient parking, close to the pool. Great home base to explore the island.

We recommend this condo. Kitchen well equipped, washer/dryer. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. We have stayed at this location on other Big Island vacations, first time in a 2b/2b. Would stay again if traveling back to the island. Only complaint, and this is definitely personal preference, is the pillows were too hard for our liking but this is only personal preference. Owner was great with communication. We had a lovely trip with our granddaughter, her first time to Hawaii. Thanks!!

It is our second time staying at this property. We love everything about it : the location, the house interior, proximity to the village. The near by Hapuna Beach is probably one of the best on the island. Miss it already, we will come back again!

We were here a week for family event. Very pleasant place. Only downside was that we were not permitted to control the AC-so it was too warm for us at night. We would return, however.

The property is clean and very roomy. It was well stocked with towels, food storage containers and detergents. We like the beach but found that the really nice beaches are about 10 miles drive north. The Waikaloa area is loaed with condos and time shares but is lacking is restaurants. That was a disappointment.

We thought this was a great location. This area is very beautiful with lots of walking trails. We liked that it was so close to A-bay, Hapuna and Mauna Kei beaches. The condo had lots of beach stuff including boogey boards, umbrella, cooler and chairs so that was very helpful. We liked also being close to island gourmet to pick up groceries and some fast meals. The condo was well equipped for us to do some cooking and was right around the corner from the pool and the BBQs which was very nice. Paul was quick to respond when we contacted him about questions.

A very clean and nicely updated 2 bedroom townhouse in Waikola. Comfortable king bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Very near to one of two pools in the complex. Very quiet. We had a bit of trouble locating the building where the unit was but called the owner and then easily found the unit. The a/c is locked at 76, not really an issue for us as we opened the windows at night for cooler air upstairs.

Thanks for the beach chairs and beach towels.we didn’t need the beach toys, but they would be a very nice addition for a family. We hope to return soon and would happily rent this condo again.

This place is close enough to get to all the nice beaches and Kona but just far enough away for piece and quiet as well. Shops and restaurants are near by with easy access to the road to Hilo. Has everything you need inside for eating at home and beach play. Would definitely stay again. you need you

Our overall Waikoloa getaway experience was very enjoyable. Property is located at the end of subdivision near to back entrance or exit gate. Which makes it accessible and convenient. Home is very inviting and comfortable. Shopping centers are within distance. Thank you so much for having us!!!
