Stayed Jun 14, 2025My sister and I were in town for a medical consultation and were looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. This condo was absolutely perfect. Very quiet and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, we even enjoyed the pool amenities. The owner was very accommodating, responsive, and made himself available should we have needed anything. The location was an easy drive from the airport.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this location. Central to a lot of things we love in Scottsdale. Joel was an excellent host! Great communicator for the entire stay. No real problems, but we think the bathrooms need some cosmetic TLC, the Livingroom needs additional lighting, and some of the cups/plates need to be replaced due to chips. The cooking skillets should be replaced as well.

The other guests or residents were friendly,The condo and pool areas were neat and clean and Joel, the host, was so communicative and helpful. It was overall a positive experience.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. Joel was very easy to work with and, very accommodating and was a great communicator. The property grounds are great with three pools and this condo was less than 50 yards to the main pool.
