Unit was clean and comfortable, minutes from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A short drive to St Augustine historic sites and very walkable tours of them.

Beautiful place and beach. Clean. Renovated. Very safe. Friendly staff. Only issues were door lock awful. Struggled every time and many lights didn’t work in master and all ceiling fans

Everything was just as needed it for a relaxed getaway as our family. We enjoyed the apartment. Our son joined us from his Florida college, and we travelled from NC with our 8-year-old daughter and our special needs 15-year-old son. The calm and ease of everything was just as we needed. The weather and facilities were perfect for some relaxing pool and beach days with easy access to great restaurants and a short drive to the beautiful St Augustine.

Overall we had a fantastic stay! The condo is in wonderful shape. We greatly appreciated how clean the unit was, how responsive the host/property management company was with any questions or issues, the numerous supplies included (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, beach gear), the free daily attraction offers. The unit is stocked thoughtfully well with enough bath towels, beach towels, linens. The heated pool was actually warm enough to swim in. I would happily return to this unit when we come back to St. Augustine. My only complaint would be we received a knock on the door from security regarding our beach towels hanging to dry on the balcony and we did not see any rules regarding this anywhere. Otherwise, everything about the unit and the property was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

We love working with iTrip for our time in Florida. They are very accommodating.. if there is ever a problem with the unit they are right there to fix it. They are also very responsive to our questions and out needs.

The property and grounds were very well kept and the guarded gate offered additional security and peace of mind. The unit was exactly as pictured. Communication pre arrival and up to arrival were smooth and efficient. I was very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was! It has everything you need, plus some. The decor was cute and beachy. Liked the balcony. The beach was lovely and close( we wren in unit 8, which is closest to the boardwalk) . We were easily able to Uber downtown for a reasonable price.The cleanliness of the unit was an area of opportunity. It appears that no one inspected the unit before we arrived. There was mold in both toilets, which I cleaned, the wood floors had dirt and sand on them. Wore flip flops for the stay. There were dust bunnies, dirt, and sand under the master bed..hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in some time. Basically spot cleaned and didn’t move much to get under any of the furniture. Now, it could be the unit was clean and sat for a while to accumulate dust, however a walk thru and touch up should be done before the guest arrives day of. Again, loved the location and amenities, just needs more attention to cleaning and sanitation.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean and Racquet Club! Our boys especially enjoyed the heated winter pool and multiple hot tubs on the property. We all also had a blast playing tennis and pickleball on multiple property courts. The balcony was perfectly lined up to watch the sun rise every morning - very enjoyable with a cup of tea or coffee. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to be right on the beach.

Booked this property literally at the last minute and we are so glad we found this gem! Steps to the beautiful beach. 2 amazing pools. The property was well stocked and clean. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and will definitely be returning to St Augustine and to this condo. The communication was excellent as well. Nothing but positives on this one! Thanks for allowing us an opportunity to step back and breathe for a few minutes. THIS is what a vacation should always feel like.

Our unit was very clean upon arrival. Great location and a quick walk to the beach. The unit was supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, and some toys for the kids. We had an issue with the sink but they were able to send someone out the same day (on a holiday)! Would stay here again for sure!

Great beachside condo and very family friendly. Condo nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked and has beach chairs, umbrella and toys. 1 min walk to beach and nice beach view from balcony. Good size condo for 2 adults/2 teens. 10 mins to historic district and freat restaurants. Property managers are fantastic and responsive. Will go back!

Cute condo, clean and well kept. Could use a few more kitchen items—small sauce pan, pitcher for lemonade or iced tea, Fine size for 2 adults and 2 teens for a short stay (5 nights) but not much room to spread out. Was nice of owners to leave a few beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for use. Super easy access to the beach. Very nice beach. Pools were nice. Too hot to make use of the tennis & pickleball courts, but they looked fine. An onsite gym would be a great addition to the complex (maybe could be added to the clubhouse, which looked vacant?) Made use of the “one free ticket/day” for kayaking and alligator farm. Both were good activities This was our first trip to St Augustine, but would recommend

Party of 5 - unit is snug but was perfect for our family. Only one issue and as soon as I notified the company, it was fixed. This unit is in a great location with easy walk to the beach. Could walk to several local diners as well. Would recommend to others and will look into staying here again in the future.

Great location. Good amenities. Condo was setup well. Could use some attention to the kitchen area. Needs more pots and pans ect. Knives were rusty. Beach chairs need replaced. Otherwise overall great stay. Excellent location for the price

Overall a great stay. Although the unit is old, but is kept neat and tidy. Did provide feedback for a few light switches needing maintenance, but not a huge inconvenience. The unit was very clean.

Great spot close to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the gourmet coffee and used the free ice cream coupons. Beach chairs and umbrellas could use an upgrade but we were happy to have some available.

So loved our stay in St Augustine. Low crowd, and quiet property made the trip even better. Very spacious unit, newly updated, and washer/dryer in the unit was so nice to have! Both the pools and hot tubs were very clean and never crowded during our stay. We appreciate the gated beach access with showers at the entrance. The extra beach towels in the unit came in handy as well. Hope to stay again soon!
